This centre does not even deserve 1 star. Their staff are incompetent, the owners are down right despicable. The children are left unsupervised, they are constantly sick (and yes i know daycare - children get sick), but not like this. It was always one week sick, one week to recover, which of course then eats into to CCS allowable days which is what the owners want, more money for them. There is no compassion shown at this centre, kids cry constantly, staff are to busy talking amongst each other to care. I had to give up my job due so many days off as my child was constantly sick or in hospital, and it was not just my child either, happened to alot of other families as well. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND YOUR CHILD HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The owners are only all about money and nothing else. Find somewhere else to send your child. A centre that has compassion and empathy.

The warmth you share makes such a difference, not only in the children’s lives but also in the hearts of the families who see how happy and supported their little ones are. I have cut back my own work hours rather than continuing to send my daughter to this centre. If you value your belongings, your time, or proper supervision for your child—do not send them here. In just three days of attendance, my daughter sustained three unexplained injuries: a large leg bruise that lasted over a week, a head bruise, and rope burn/bruise on her ankle. My son also told me he was left unsupervised outside. Towards the end of his enrolment (age 4), he began wetting himself multiple times a day despite being toilet trained since 2. This issue stopped completely after moving to a new centre. The lack of supervision and care is alarming. On one occasion, the centre posted about a lice outbreak—yet I saw in daily photos another child wearing my daughter’s hat. Items constantly go missing, even when labelled—clothes, shoes, sheets. At pick-up you spend 10–15 minutes just trying to track things down. Staff turnover is out of control. They rely on two different external agencies to fill positions, so children are constantly dealing with strangers. On Father’s Day, my father-in-law (who had never been there before) was allowed to enter without showing ID—an unacceptable breach of security, especially if a no-contact order were in place. I will be formally lodging a complaint with the Regulatory Authority regarding staff ratios not being met and the absence of a qualified Early Learning Teacher prior to the new director, which is a mandatory requirement under ACECQA for a preschool. This centre is unsafe, poorly managed, and I cannot recommend it to any family.

Management at this centre are horrible, educators I have had dealings with are lovely how ever upper management has no personal skills, has a go at staff in front of kids, has a poor attitude towards parents and is not a decent human being. High turn over of staff over recent months is a massive red flag for the Centre. Such a shame was a wonderful daycare but has now turned in to a horrible environment and you couldn't pay me to send my child back.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the care we receive as a family from the leadership team and educators at Flourish Watanobbi. The open communication and consistency of care is outstanding and certainly doesn’t go unnoticed. We would recommend flourish to all of our family and friends in the area. Flourish Watanobbi has been so welcoming and supportive since we started in January. The Beehive room educators are so attentive and thorough with our little one, which helps give us reassurance that he is in great care while we go to work. The bond they’re creating with him is lovely and he is always so excited and happy to be there. Codie and Jorja are absolutely fantastic! Any query or question is never too hard and they will always endeavour to help where they can. Thank you girls !

Can't recommend The team at Flourish highly enough. Jasmine is an awesome educator and has a great bond with my little one always meeting her needs and going above and beyond. The team are absolutely lovely and care for the children to the highest standard almost always going way beyond to cater for the little ones.

So glad I was able to get my daughter into flourish! The educators and director are all beautiful and have loved and cared for my daughter without a fault. My daughter has been here since she was 6 months old, she’s now almost 2 and loves going to pre school, I’m thankful for such a loving and nourishing environment for her.
