We are so grateful for this childcare centre and the amazing staff. The educators are kind, caring, and truly go above and beyond for the children. Management is also wonderful always supportive, welcoming, and professional. I am very sad to be leaving as my child is starting school this year. This centre has meant so much to our family, and we will truly miss everyone. Thank you for everything

I strongly call on the child education department to intervene and urgently investigate the management’s conduct and their handling of children’s welfare

The management couldn’t care less for the parents concerns and my niece in a video was seen crying severely while others where all laughing and playing yet no one has attended to her at all. This isn’t the first case I have seen and heard about from other parents. Would not recommend at all. Mangers don’t respond to concerns.

Not recommended, as the staff are not safe when treating children. As an aunt, after seeing a video of my niece crying without any care from the staff, I found it extremely distressing. The video was horrifying

Management is horrible couldn’t care less for the children only care for the money, my child was ignored, showed no social or emotional improvement after a year and was scared to go after a few months. This isn’t a childcare it’s more like a zoo Highly recommend you think twice before sending your child here

As an aunt, I became aware of some ongoing concerns regarding this childcare. After nearly a year of attendance, my niece did not appear to develop friendships and showed limited learning or developmental progress during her time there. Food options were minimal and often consisted of crackers rather than varied meals. I was also shown a video of my niece crying without an immediate response, which raised concerns about supervision. Overall, we expected a higher standard of care and feel that a better job should have been done. Based on what I observed and was informed of, this childcare was not the right fit for our family, and we do not recommend it. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!

Very disappointed with this childcare. After almost a year, our child received very little care or attention. She did not make any friends and did not learn anything new during her time there. Our child would go the entire day without using the bathroom because no one would help her, which is completely unacceptable. Food was also an issue. Her meals never improved, and she was often only offered crackers, which is not appropriate or nutritious for a full day in care. To make matters worse, I received a video of my daughter crying while being ignored, which was extremely upsetting and confirmed our concerns about the level of care provided. I raised these issues multiple times with the centre manager, who either ignored them or brushed them off. The area manager did not return my call at all, and only attempted to engage once a message was left saying we were leaving. This felt reactive rather than genuinely supportive. Because of these ongoing issues, we decided to leave. We strongly do not recommend this childcare

I have had a consistently positive experience with Natasha, Gurpreet and all the lovely office staff and my sons room team members, they are always organised and supportive especially in supporting my son which requires special needs and have always been a step ahead to assist and care. I appreciate the office team willing to listen and take their time to assist to make my little man’s time enjoyable at this centre. A big thank you to all the team for all their hard work and assistance :) ❤️
