We are extremely happy with the level of care and attention the educators have shown towards our daughter. They handled her transition and the initial settling period with so much patience and professionalism, which made the experience reassuring for us as parents. They always listen to our concerns and take timely, thoughtful action whenever needed. We also really appreciate how they regularly organise events that build the children’s confidence from such a young age. The recent graduation ceremony was especially memorable and meant so much to all the families. We’re very grateful to be part of such a wonderful daycare community.

First week was great with Montessori academy. My son has some separation anxiety which will fade over time I hope so. The process and journey has been so smooth with the help of wonderful team and educators of Montessori academy who are so helpful and so welcoming all the time including the chef she has been so helpful . Specially Miss Zahra she is been an angel for us , she goes above and beyond in what ever she does, she is a star. She instantly comforts by son and address him and comforts him since day 1, I really appreciate her efforts , the work she is doing is beyond words.

We’re very happy with the care our daughter receives at this daycare. The environment is clean, safe, and nurturing, and the educators clearly put time and heart into supporting each child’s individual needs. Rola has had an incredible impact on our daughter. She shows an exceptional level of care, patience, and understanding. I would like to thank the Bankstown team for their care of my two kids. They had a wonderful time in the centre.
