We are so happy with the new ownership at this daycare. You can really see how passionate, responsible, and caring they are about creating a wonderful environment for the children. The daycare has been newly renovated and looks fresh, clean, and welcoming. The owner and staff are all so kind and friendly, and I love that they bring fresh ideas and a modern approach that keeps up with the times. The activities they plan for the children are creative, engaging, and so much fun. Most importantly, the kids are happy, excited, and enjoying their time there every day. It’s such a great feeling as a parent to know your child is in good hands. Highly recommend!

We’ve had nothing but a great experience with Play and Potential. The educators are amazing, the facilities are top notch, and management is extremely attentive to each individual family. They are open to collaboration and feedback and are very transparent with communications.

Since the new ownership 'Play and Potential' took over, I have noticed such an incredible positive change at the daycare. Donna, Ida, and the whole team have created a warm, welcoming environment, and communication has been open, transparent, and consistent, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. It genuinely feels like they are invested in the children’s development and well being, not just focused on profit. That care and intention really shows every day. The educators are also exceptional. Ms Reetu, the baby room leader, and Ms Sapana in particular are wonderful. They are so caring, attentive, and nurturing, and they truly treat the children with so much kindness and patience. Most importantly, my kids absolutely love going to daycare every day. I highly recommend Play and Potential to any family looking for a supportive, well managed, and genuinely caring centre.

I’m taking my daughter to this place because they are the only non family daycare that opens at 6am within the area. Makes my life so much easier as a nurse working morning shift that starts at 6:30

This is a wonderful place to bring your kids to as all the staff there are so friendly and helpful. The patience that they showed to not only the kids but us parents is phenomenal. I have already recommended some of my friends and family to apply here 😊.
