Excellent set up. So happy with the mangement and all the instructors. I had my elder girl there for a few years and now my younger one been going for about a year and she is absolutely loving it. Also under the new management things have improved and getting more organised, place has been renovated and much more pleasant. Overall very happy and highly recommended.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Over the Hills for our two children. They both grew up there, and it has truly felt like a warm and caring extended family to us over the years. The educators are professional, patient, and genuinely caring. They put so much thought and effort into supporting each child’s development and wellbeing, and it’s clear how passionate they are about what they do. Our children always felt safe, happy, and well looked after. The learning programs and environment are fantastic, welcoming, engaging, and beautifully set up for young children. We’ve also really appreciated the strong sense of community and the kindness shown by all the staff. Thank you to the wonderful team at Over the Hills for the love, care, and support you’ve given our family. We couldn’t recommend this centre more highly!

We feel truly grateful to have found “Over The Hills Academy Early learning Centre” for our child. In the beginning, our son found it very difficult to settle in and would cry throughout the day, which was very emotional for us as parents. The educators showed incredible patience, love, and genuine care, and slowly helped him feel safe, comfortable, and confident. Their support and dedication made such a huge difference. Today, he walks in happily with a big smile, loves his teachers and friends, and is doing amazingly well. We are truly thankful to the entire team at The Hills Academy for the positive impact they have made on our child’s journey. Highly recommend!

Since attending this daycare my daughter has flourished. The staff are warm and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. They look after my child like she is their own. Would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. 10/10.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating! My daughter has learnt so much in the past 5months and continues to learn new things. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to put their little one.

I don’t recommend. What started off as a nice experience then turned into an unpleasant experience in the end. Managers do not take responsibility for any mistakes made by them but hold their educators to higher standards. As a parent I’m disappointed. They have since put their fees up. Why? Educators have been known to tell children to stop crying your fine. Well if they are crying they aren’t fine. Children need reassurance. My child always cried at drop off. So I worried how they were treating him. There are a few great educators, and the centre director is lovely however the managers have shown me they don’t care about your concerns or the way they treat their educators.

Have sent both our kids to First Steps Beaumont Hills, through ELC to preschool and we are so thankful for the wonderful teachers that care for them everyday. They show personalised care, kindness and commitment to our kids, so thank you for sticking by our kids through a rough 2024. Recent changes have been promising and things look like they are back on track.

UPDATE: 2025 New center manager seems to stop the chaos and bring everything back to the right track. Really appreciate the educators staying under the challenging environment with kids previously, my kid and her friends love Ms Sivv, Isabel, Veronica, Nala, etc. Other relatively new educators are nice too. —— 2024 was 5 stars for the years before, but since center got excellent review then something happened that made our favourite manager Cie left. Then in just one year, changed 3 managers. The educators that kids love had mostly gone as well. The management turned down sharply in just a few months. —— 2023 My daughter started from 1 yr old. The first few months was frustrating for us. Cries, hard weaning and getting sick, all these are the very common business to start in cc. Luckily we were well-prepared mentally. Thanks to the efforts and patience from the educators, she adapted faster than we expected. The atmosphere in the room was loving and caring, so now she enjoy the time in the center everyday and develop different kinds of skills in the meantime. They are not perfect, but I can see they did their best job and keep communicating with parents all the time.

The change in management late last year has brought about great changes and stability, even so- the educators are absolutely caring, modest. my heartfelt gratitude goes out to them as my son finishes preschool and ready to transition to big school
