My older kids (13, 12, 9) have all attended 123kids from when they were babies until they started primary school. And now my 2.5yr old has been attending since he was a baby. All the educators have always been lovely and caring, and its been so good to see many of them have been there since my older ones were little, and now they have been caring for my youngest. Communication has been great, and Danielle and Aysen have done a great job in the many years we have been there with them.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with the care our daughters receive.<br><br>One of the things we appreciate most is the communication. We love the more old-school approach where the educators are able to spend their time actually interacting, playing and engaging with the children rather than constantly being on devices documenting every little thing. We still always feel informed about their day and know that if there is anything we need to know, it will be communicated with us.<br><br>The food is also amazing! Both of our girls absolutely love it, and it’s great knowing they are getting such a good variety of meals while they are there.<br><br>Most importantly, our girls genuinely love their educators and are happy and comfortable in their care. That means more to us as parents than anything else.<br><br>The management team also consistently go above and beyond. They take the time to get to know each family and understand that every family and every child has different needs, and they always do their best to accommodate and support them.<br><br>We feel very lucky to have found a centre where our girls are so loved, supported and cared for. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. ❤️

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this daycare. The educators treat the children with so much care, patience, understanding and respect, and it genuinely shows in the way the kids feel and thrive there.<br><br>They have been incredibly supportive and understanding of children with additional needs and disabilities, taking the time to understand each child as an individual and meet them where they’re at.<br><br>The food provided is also nutritious, varied and thoughtfully prepared. Suzy is amazing at catering to each child’s individual dietary needs, ensuring that everyone is well looked after and able to enjoy healthy, delicious meals.<br><br>Our boys have absolutely thrived in this environment, and we’ve seen them grow in so many ways. As parents, we also feel immensely supported, listened to and reassured, which means so much when you’re trusting someone else to care for your children.<br><br>We are so grateful for the amazing educators and the beautiful environment they’ve created. 123Kids at times feels more like family than a childcare centre/kindergarten, and that’s the highest of praises I can offer. The learning centre provides facilities and tools that any child could need, but it’s the staffs warmth, communication, and ethics that set them apart. You can tell that from the top to the bottom everyone is invested in your child’s health and happiness and willing to adjust to any circumstance to help you and your loved one. It’s in all the little things. In a trying time, it’s a comfort to know that 123Kids, daringly spearheaded by Danielle and Aysen, is there for our daughter. Can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done and I will 10 times out of 10, recommend them.

My son Miles attended 123 Kids and I'm very satisfied with there excellent service and care that they provided for my son. The place is very clean, neat and very organised. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They treat families and children as if we extended families. Dannielle and Aysen are always there to help and make sure that your child is happy and to assist our children to achieve there milestones as the prepare themselves to Primary school. Highly recommended Childcare!❤️❤️

I had a wonderful experience completing my placement at 123KIDS Early Learning Centre. The educators were caring, patient, and always treated the children with kindness, respect, and encouragement. It was lovely to see the strong relationships they built with each child and how they supported children’s confidence, learning, and emotional wellbeing every day. The children were happy, engaged, and comfortable in the environment, which reflects the positive and nurturing atmosphere created by the educators. The centre provides meaningful play-based learning experiences that encourage creativity, independence, and social development.
