We couldn’t be happier with this place! The educators are absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about helping children grow. They create a nurturing environment where my kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn every day. Since joining, my children have developed so many valuable skills—social, emotional, and practical. They’ve become more confident, independent, and curious, and it’s clear that the activities are thoughtfully designed to encourage creativity and learning through play. Communication with the staff is excellent, and I always feel informed and involved in my kids’ progress. It’s reassuring to know they are in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend this childcare to any parent looking for a place where children truly thrive!

The educators here are very responsible and caring, and the team is very stable, which I really appreciate. Even though the childcare centre is small, my daughter truly enjoys her time here. I also love that they have a shoes-off policy when entering. Plus, the bilingual environment in both Chinese and English is a big bonus for us.

Alpha Omega is great little childcare centre. My two kids were there for nearly over a year, and they both had a great time. Although the centre is a bit small, however with that comes greater attention and care, which was something we were looking for especially since one of my child has higher needs. They did lots of different activities every day and all the educators were so friendly and nice. You can really see the difference in care compared to the bigger and newer centres (which we have cycled through many!). If you don't mind it being smaller, then I highly recommend Alpha Omega for your childs early learning! Thank you Team!

We have completed +6 months with Alpha omega and we have seen huge improvements in our child speaking, listening, writing and communication skills. He loves going to the centre and always comes back with a happy big smile. My child enjoys interacting with all the wonderful teachers at the centre. Special thanks to all the teachers/educators at Alpha Omega who has made this centre such a lovely experience for our child.

Visited 7 different child care centre in the area, only 2 out of 7 including Alpha Omega would have attended kids and staff member smile at you, proven that they are friendly and happy, i trust parents and kids would treasure this gratefully. This is the difference and purposes of 'teaching and education' would give, not just 'depositing' the kid and 'withdraw' at the end of the day. My kid smile throughout the day, including the staff member, it is a lovely place to attend with no doubt. Thumbs up to all the educators!

The educators Zelal and Alice are very nice and caring for the children. Emelia is very professional in dealing with kids that have special needs. Nice small environment for the kids. Multiage setting teaches the kids to watch out for each other. We love this center. It is very sad to say goodbye after this year ends. We appreciate for all your work and love for the children.

My daughter has been attending Alpha & Omega for over a year now. The team have been so caring and nurturing through all her growth spurts. I have seen her confidence grow, and her writing skills develop so quickly. Very grateful for the team and their care for my daughter.
