Our experience with this preschool was deeply disappointing, especially as a family with a child who has additional needs. We enrolled with the understanding that the centre would provide an inclusive and supportive environment, but that was not the case. Our son was regularly sent home early due to difficulties with regulation. Instead of offering support to help him through these moments, it felt like he was being pushed out. The environment seems suited only to children who are quiet, compliant, and able to follow all expectations without any flexibility. This is a serious concern for families of neurodivergent children or those who need extra support. In our view, there was a lack of genuine inclusion. We eventually had no choice but to withdraw our son, and we have lodged a formal complaint with the Department of Education. I would strongly advise other families of children with additional needs to look elsewhere. Monique, every child deserves a place where they are supported, understood, and accepted for who they are.

They lie, make up false allegations and report you to FACS based on their assumptions. Will let your child eat all there food at morning tea and make you feel as though your not providing enough food. Your yearly summary of your child is a copy and paste template with obviously a different picture (your child, i realised this when both children where going there). Will tell you your child has speech problems at the age of 3. Their is no routine or structure there. if your child has a cut or a bruise on their face they wont just ask whats happened they will bombared the child with questions and if one teacher isnt getting an answer they get another. That is BULLYING and rather traumatising for a 4 year old. Keep receipts of your fees because they love to 'mis communicate' and tell you your behind. (If you know your not say something or youll be paying more). The first year my kids loved it. The next year they never wanted to stay there, couldnt wait to get home. Bullying is child abuse!! Having a child secluded to stand in a room by themselves because of nits is CHILD ABUSE. Bombarding a child repeatedly with the SAME question is CHILD ABUSE. Worst preschool ever
