Since starting care, Maitland Kids has had such a positive impact on our family. The educators genuinely care for my daughter as if she were one of their own, and it’s been wonderful to see how much she has already learned and how well she continues to thrive in this environment. The centre itself is warm, welcoming, and inviting. It’s always easy to have a friendly chat with the educators, and the play spaces are thoughtfully set up for the children to explore and enjoy. One of the things that really stood out to us when choosing this centre was the way the rooms are organised by age group, with five rooms catering to different stages of development. My daughter is in the 0–1 room, which is fantastic. They also have family grouping in the mornings and late afternoons, where some of the preschool children come down to visit the babies, and it’s incredibly sweet to see how they dote on them. The director, Breii, has been absolutely wonderful. She is always approachable and happy to answer any questions, and it’s clear she leads a team that truly cares about the children they look after. Chloe has also been fantastic. It’s lovely to see the bond she has formed with my daughter, as well as the connection my daughter has with the other educators. We feel very grateful to have found such a caring and supportive centre for our daughter.

I honestly cannot thank Maitland Kids enough for the care, patience and understanding they’ve shown both myself and my son. After experiencing some very unfortunate situations at a previous daycare, we had to pull my son out of care altogether. After five months out of care and searching everywhere for a centre that would accommodate and understand my son’s individual needs, we were left feeling completely lost, with no one willing to take him on. Maitland Kids truly felt like our last hope. From the very beginning, all of the educators were incredibly accommodating, supportive and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, understand our situation, and work closely with me to help smoothly transition my son back into a daycare/preschool environment. Their willingness to be flexible and patient meant everything to us. After a few small hiccups, my son is now excited to come to school and the improvements we’ve seen in him have been amazing. The growth in his confidence and comfort speaks volumes about the care he receives. I truly can’t thank everyone at the centre enough for giving my son a safe, supportive place to learn and grow. We are so grateful to be part of the Maitland Kids community.

Our son has been attending Maitland Kids for almost a year and he has been thriving. He is learning every single day and that is thanks to the amazing educators. They have so much patience and kindness towards our son. Some drop off's are hard and they always help by distracting him with something. Maitland kids goes up and beyond constantly to ensure my son is being cared for and is having a wonderful time each and every day. We have only changed his daycares within the last year but has already noticed how much he has managed to strive and come out of his shell compared to the quiet little boy he once was. The educators are wonderful and easy to connect with which makes it easier to work together with them to ensure my son has the best possible start to life. They also demonstrate a strong feeling of safety and security and always including parents in any updates to their protocols which they view regularly to ensure they are all up to date and the best they can be. The centre itself is always tidy and they take much pride in their appearances and work ethic. My Daughter has attended this daycare for a short time and in that short time has grown to love it there! She is always walking around the house asking where is it time to go and has made some many friends already!
