Happy Hearts Goodna are amazing. Management and educators are super supportive and look after my Little One like he is one of their own. Couldn’t recommend sending your child here more

I want to say thank you from the bottom Of my heart. Thank you for all the support you have given me and my children, through out the tough year that we have come across. The girls a have achieved so much in this year and it’s wouldn’t be possible with out the team at happy hearts Goodna. I have been apart of the family for the past year and a little bit. But we were one of many family’s that was here when it first open but had to take my daughter out due to personal issues of my own and nothing to do with the centre or its staff.

My twins started at Happy Hearts about 8 weeks ago and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From day one the educators made them (and us!) feel so welcome and supported. The team are incredibly kind, patient and genuinely invested in the kids’ wellbeing. The centre is clean, organised and has such a warm, positive vibe. It’s been such a relief finding a place we trust with our babies. Highly recommend Happy Hearts to any parent looking for a nurturing, safe and truly wonderful daycare. 💛

I cannot recommend Happy Hearts Goodna more highly. My son started in their kindy program this year with Ms Savi and Ms Sharon and the bond was instant. All staff have been incredibly welcoming and made this a smooth transition for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the end of year graduation and the effort they put into this special milestone. Also really appreciated the community pantry, the recycling corner and the complimentary coffee and treat for the parents at drop off. A little family that we will be sad to leave as he moves to big school next year. From the bottom of our HEARTS, thank you Happy Hearts!!!

My child did his Kindy year here. He has GDD, speech delay and ADHD. The educators have always been super supportive, nurturing and helpful. They implemented supports to help him; they also have capacity to have therapists on-site. I am so happy with this Kindergarten and the Team that works here. Especially Katrina and Sam.

Being a stuff member and a parent at Happy Hearts for just over a year now and this centre is by far above all the rest. My child has additional needs, which they are supported with by all educators and management. When I've brought concerns up they have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thank you all for your support and kindness

Try & raise an issue about the educators lack of recording ect, get escorted out because it’s something they don’t “agree” with & refuse to let my daughter back, the way Sam handled that whole situation was poor, the service was a lot better when Emily was assistant manager, you can’t raise any concerns to Samantha without her getting defensive. Definitely not impressed, instead of acknowledging what I was saying which wasn’t the first time these issues have been brought up we get asked to leave & to not return & the were quick to say they can have my daughters enrolment cancelled by end of week. Absolutely disgusted. Claimed I was being rude but when it comes to people not even acknowledging what you’re saying to the point the educator was like “sorry what did you say” when I’m trying to have a conversation & express my concerns.

All the staff and environment at happy hearts Goodna are amazing. We moved from another daycare and the kids are now thriving and developing more and so happy and content when they come home. Highly recommend

By far surpassed all my expectations and calmed me of all my worries. We left to a center closer to where we moved, but returned so quickly because happy hearts has set a standard of care and education that my little ones have not received anywhere else. The Educators are so calm and easy to work with in providing care that is in line with our family values. THANKYOU HAPPY HEARTS FOR LOVING MY BABIES LIKE FAMILY.

Lovely centre and my children settled in quite quickly and are making friends. It's always hard having to put your children in care but it's made easier when they attend a centre like Happy Hearts.
