Try & raise an issue about the educators lack of recording ect, get escorted out because it’s something they don’t “agree” with &... Try & raise an issue about the educators lack of recording ect, get escorted out because it’s something they don’t “agree” with & refuse to let my daughter back. Definitely not impressed, instead of acknowledging what I was saying which wasn’t the first time these issues have been brought up we get asked to leave & to not return & the were quick to say they can have my daughters enrolment cancelled by end of week. Absolutely disgusted. Claimed I was being rude but when it comes to people not even acknowledging what you’re saying to the point the educator was like “sorry what did you say” when I’m trying to have a conversation & express my concerns. I have worked at Happy hearts Goodna for going on 7 months now and I have to say that out of every service... I have worked at Happy hearts Goodna for going on 7 months now and I have to say that out of every service I have been employed as an Early years educator this has to be the most professional, transparent and respectful environment I have ever worked in. Emily and Katrina are incredible at what they do as a management team and are always looking for ways to support, guide and motivate us to achieve our goals for the children, families and the service overall. The educators I work closely and collaborate with are nothing short of amazing and it makes my experience as an educator so much more rewarding! I cannot recommend this service enough as an educator.
