Our three Children are so happy and thriving here after been at another childcare very neglected and unhappy. Tried to gently give them feedback and steer them in the right direction on multiple safety issues. Donated a lot and volunteered my time to support them, however I was met with dismissive rude behaviour by the manager when tried to bring issues to her attention. No accountability, just shifting blame onto staff or families. I had no issues with the teachers, but they seem to change a lot and often have staff shortages, not surprisingly. Telling parents to pickup children early because they’re understaffed. Unhappy and moving on. Read more
