Have been attending since 2020 and have had two children start from infants. We’ve never had a major issue, things are clean enough, organised enough, staff friendly enough, but the fees go up significantly every year. When we started in 2020 it was $110/day we now pay $150/day which is more than any other centre I’ve enquired with. As we still have a third child to put through we unfortunately need to look elsewhere because by the time they finish fees will be $190-$200/day. When the gov increased CCS last year to help with cost of living edge was sure to increase their fees so much that families would still see a significant increase on their bills even with the increased CCS… profiteering?! Overall compared to centres in the area offering more for less, the value isn’t there anymore (and hasn’t been for a few years now). Read more

Very disappointed with the staff and management. Same incident every single day in a row when ever my kid attend. No strategies applied... Very disappointed with the staff and management. Same incident every single day in a row when ever my kid attend. No strategies applied at all and keep lying to family about incident when asked. Kept for 2month in this child care and immediately took out after that because of their poor management. Think before you enrol to your kids in this centre. Read more
