I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Busy Bees Kilburn. From the moment we joined, the team has been so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. My child absolutely loves going to childcare each day, which says everything. It’s such a comfort knowing they feel safe, happy, and excited to be there. The educators are attentive, nurturing, and really take the time to get to know each child individually. I can see how much effort goes into creating meaningful experiences and a positive environment for the children to learn and grow. The management team is truly amazing—always approachable, supportive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It makes such a difference knowing the centre is run so well. Another standout is the menu. There’s such a great variety of healthy, balanced meals, and it’s clear a lot of thought goes into ensuring the children are well-nourished and exposed to different foods. I feel completely at ease leaving my child in their care, and I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful centre. Highly recommend Busy Bees Kilburn to any family looking for quality childcare.

My little one's love going to Busy Bees in Kilburn. The educators are friendly, understanding and helpful. The food they serve is great and they supply take-home meals for the family too, which has really benefited us at home. Highly recommend!

Hi All, I would like to share a concerning experience regarding the Busy Bees Kilburn Centre. I would like to ask if everything is okay at this centre. Over the past few months, I have noticed a significant decline. Around 7 months ago, there were over 70 children enrolled and the centre was running very well. However, recently the number has dropped to around 25 children. I have also observed that not only children are leaving, but several experienced educators have either resigned or been terminated under the new management. This is quite concerning. Additionally, I am worried about the quality and availability of food provided to the children. Despite the daily fee of $164, it appears that meals are often inadequate, with little to no proper food (such as protein/meat), and mostly limited to fruits. It is distressing to see children hungry—my own child often cries for food shortly after being picked up. I kindly request that this matter be looked into as soon as possible, as it directly impacts the wellbeing of the children. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The moment we walk through the door, her whole face lights up when she sees her room and her favourite educators, which says everything about how comfortable and loved she feels. The educators are so caring, nurturing and genuinely invested in the children. It’s such a beautiful feeling knowing your child is not only well cared for, but truly happy and excited to be there. As a parent, I feel completely safe and at ease leaving my child in their care. The environment is warm, welcoming and supportive, and it really shows in how confident and settled my daughter is. I’m so grateful for everything they do and couldn’t recommend this centre more highly.

My daughter absolutely loves going into childcare every morning, just to watch her face light up as soon as we pull into the car park and her getting all excited and laughing even before we go in gives me such relief that I chose such an amazing childcare to take her to. When we walk in we get greeted with a smile and a good morning, such friendly staff and the love my daughter to bits, when she walks straight into her classroom all the educators say good morning to her and they open their arms for a cuddle which I appreciate. Sometimes she won’t go to the educators she would see toys on the floor that she runs to, to start playing. I wouldn’t picture myself putting her in another childcare. She is well looked after, well fed, they listen to when my daughter needs cream on her. Thank you busy bees for looking after my daughter 🤍
