We also felt that the level of care could be improved. Smaller children seemed uncomfortable being around bigger kids, and basic things like hygiene and attention were not always handled properly. Taking kids outside in cold weather was also a concern for us. Overall, it wasn’t the right fit for our child, and we wouldn’t choose this centre again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this childcare centre. Communication has been poor — even after following up regarding an important billing issue, I have received no response for days. There are also concerns about how children are managed. In my observation, younger and older children are often kept together, which can be overwhelming and intimidating for smaller kids who are still trying to settle in. Basic care also seemed lacking at times. For example, children were not always attended to promptly when they needed simple care like wiping a runny nose. Additionally, taking children outside in cold weather without proper attention to their comfort is concerning. Overall, this experience has not met my expectations in terms of care and professionalism. I would strongly advise other parents to carefully consider their options before choosing this centre. If you truly care about your child’s comfort and wellbeing, think twice before enrolling here.

A great place with excellent educators! My child not is not only learning to be independent but also learning etiquettes, group activities along side literacy and numeracy! Very helpful management and I can focus on my regular day to day work knowing my child is in good hands! Thank you Busy Bees!
