Both of my children (one of which is now in Kindy) have attended Brilliant Beginnings for the last few years after switching from another centre. The staff and educators have been nothing short of amazing. Both of my children have developed confidence and friendships which has made the transition into schooling so much easier. The staff, particularly those who have been there with us throughout have been a wonderful part of our journey.

Incredible daycare with the most amazing, caring staff! Our kids have been attending since bubs and we have always been extremely happy with the care and service they provide. All of the educators, particularly the long-standing ones, really get to know your children and form such beautiful relationships with them. Highly recommend 😊

We’ve been part of the Brilliant Beginnings Treendale family since 2019, and I can honestly say it has been an incredible experience from the start. All three of my daughters have attended the centre, including two from newborn age, and the care and consistency we’ve received over the years has been second to none. The staff are genuinely attentive, nurturing, and passionate about what they do. It’s been so reassuring to see familiar faces year after year – many of the same wonderful educators who looked after my first daughter are now caring for my youngest. That continuity means so much to us as a family. The daily structure is fantastic, and we love receiving regular updates through the app – it keeps us connected and gives real peace of mind. It’s also such a joy to watch the beautiful friendships that form between the children, and to see the strong, caring bonds they develop with their educators. I truly couldn’t recommend Brilliant Beginnings Treendale more highly – it’s a warm, welcoming, and professional environment that we’re so grateful to be part of.

My daughter has been attending the centre since 2022. The centre is lovely, with lots of fun and educational activities. The staff are wonderful, lovely, caring and supportive. There have been a couple incidents but this is absolutely normal for kids, the staff were so supportive and made sure everything is documented and monitored afterwards. My daughter has made some wonderful friendships with other kids at the teachers. She has learnt many skills and emotional regulation techniques to assist her in life. I highly recommend Brilliant begging to other parents who are looking for a special place for their child. It’s an emotional ride being a first time parent and all the teachers guide you through the journey of what’s normal and what they can help with. Since my daughter starting back in 2022, I wanted to shout out a few teachers who went above and beyond: Madi, Liam, Tayla, Kyeesha, Amiirah, Jo Jo, Cassie, Chloe, Sammy and Billie. There is a wonderful team that take so much pride in their role and look after the children. Highly Recommend!

We have been at the centre for almost 5 years. We have had 2 incidents in that time, the rest of the time has been wonderful. My daughter has a medical condition and Amiirah went above and beyond making sure everyone in her room was equipped with her emergency and medical plan. We have very fond memories of BBC and they were very accomodating with our cloth nappies and breastfeeding. Our daughter is thriving at school and I can't thank the educators enough for giving her the best start in life.
