Choosing a childcare centre is an incredibly emotional decision, but Giggles has proven to be the best choice we could have made for our family. There are two things that set this centre apart from any other we visited, their uncompromising standards of hygiene and the genuine, nurturing love they show the children. From a cleanliness perspective, I am consistently blown away. As a parent who is quite particular about germs, I have been so impressed by how the staff maintain a 'sparkling' environment without it feeling cold or clinical. You can tell that deep-cleaning is part of their DNA, not just an afterthought. The floors are always spotless, the toys are rotated and sanitised daily, and the bathrooms are kept in impeccable condition. I especially appreciate their strict hand-washing routines and the way they manage meal times—it is organised, hygienic, and highly professional. Since starting here, we’ve noticed a significant drop in those typical 'daycare bugs,' which speaks volumes about their sanitisation protocols and air quality. However, a clean building means nothing without a heart, and the way the educators treat the children is simply beautiful. They don't just 'supervise'; they invest in each child. When I drop my son off, I don’t see teachers who are just doing a job—I see mentors who greet my child with a genuine hug and a warm smile. They treat the children with such patience, dignity, and kindness, even during the 'tough' toddler moments. They have a remarkable way of balancing discipline with Vitamin-L (Love). Whether it’s sitting on the floor to engage in messy play or providing a quiet cuddle when a child is feeling overwhelmed, the emotional intelligence of the staff is top-tier. They truly see my child for who they are, celebrating their small wins and supporting their growth with such a positive, encouraging energy. Knowing that my child is in an environment that is both medically safe/clean and emotionally enriching gives me total peace of mind while I’m at work. Giggle and learn is an incredible childcare centre that I highly recommend. All the educators and staff are extremely nurturing, communicative, patient and friendly. The environment is always so calm and my two little ones love being there. I’m so grateful for everything they do.

We couldn’t be happier with Giggle and Learn! The staff have been absolutely amazing with both of my children. My 3-year-old daughter started off very shy and lacked confidence, but thanks to their incredible care and dedication, she has truly blossomed! They’ve gone above and beyond, and we are so grateful. We are so happy with the service and care received at Giggle and Learn. Our daughter absolutely loves attending and enjoys the various activities, incursions and programs held throughout the year. The educators are kind, attentive, fun and make our daughter feel comfortable and safe. It’s reassuring to see the same friendly faces working at the centre over the years with little turnover of staff. The communication is open, with staff often providing feedback and advice. We love that we can talk to the staff face-to-face about our daughter’s day and progress. They really helped with toilet training too! It’s a well-organised, purpose-built child care centre with fantastic facilities and ample outdoor play area which was important to us. The undercover car park is helpful too. We know we can trust that our daughter is in the best hands at Giggle and Learn.

The most beautiful staff! We have so much trust in the teachers at giggle and learn. Always so caring and so supportive to our child’s needs. Giggle and learn has been fantastic for our 2 year old daughter. Since starting at the beginning of the year she has learned so much, her vocabulary has improved, she shows a lot of interest in creative activities and has learned to play more independently. I know that she is in good hands when she is at daycare. The facilities are beautiful and always clean. Nutritious meals and snacks are prepared on site and always smell delicious. Most importantly I feel I can trust the educators as they show genuine care for her wellbeing and development. They are organised with fun and educational activities every day and keep me updated on how my daughters day was :)
