Such a wonderful childcare! Maggie, Teresa and Zeinab are truly caring, patient and kind. They always make Gabriella feel safe, loved and happy. I can see how much dedication they put into their work, and I feel very grateful for the positive impact they have on her every day.

Our son goes to westmeadows Nido and the difference we have seen from changing our childcare over to them has been amazing, our son loves going there and cries every morning to be dropped off to see Kristy , Tarryn and veda. They are some of the most amazing educators I have met and you can see how much the kids love them, they are so involved which is so refreshing to see, they have supported us with learning and developmental challenges. he also loves seeing keke in the mornings, she is another amazing educator that works at westmeadows Nido, we would not fault them in any way, highly recommend

I can’t speak highly enough of Nido Westmeadows. From the very first day, my son has been welcomed with so much warmth, patience, and care. The centre itself is nurturing, safe, and full of opportunities for learning and fun, but what truly makes it special are the educators. A very special mention to Janice and Zeynep, who have gone above and beyond for my son. Their kindness, understanding, and genuine love for what they do shines through every single day. They take the time to really get to know him, encourage his interests, and support his development in the most thoughtful ways. As a parent, it means the world to know he is in such capable and caring hands. The bond he has built with Janice and Zeynep makes drop-offs so much easier, and I see how happy and confident he is when he’s with them. They’ve created a safe space where he feels loved, supported, and celebrated for who he is. I’m so grateful to the entire team at Nido Westmeadows for providing such a wonderful start to his early learning journey. Knowing that my son is not only learning but also genuinely happy and cared for each day is priceless.

Moved my kid from another childcare to here and it was the best decision. Very happy with the services and I can see how much my kid has learned and improved since attending Nido Westmeadows. Teachers do care for your kids wellbeing here and that’s something really hard to find these days.

Our son attends Nido Weatmeadows… We are satisfied with all the support from the amazing staff at Nido. Always work collaboratively to provide positive outcomes for our son’s overall development. We love their learning environment and the pedagogy as every day our son is exposed to different learning opportunities.

This is unfortunate, but I've had to revoke my 5 star review from back in 2022 to giving nido 1 star because in 2024 Nido's service has gone from bad to worse! Since new management took over. My son was enrolled in the Kinder 3 program and was not learning anything due to the ratio of children to teachers there are over 20 children to only 1 to 2 teachers which is highly inadequate - teachers in this room did not care and there was a huge lack of supervision, my son's shoes were thrown over the fence and was told that there was a high chance that they wouldn't be returned because children throw a lot of things over the fence and it doesn't come back! My son was toilet training at the time, they were not using the sticker system i put in place (they used it for a few weeks and then decided to stop using it without consulting me) so in the end my sons toilet training went from bad to worse he kept having 6-7 toileting accidents per day! The amount of fees you pay is outrageous and they really need to stop ripping people off and stop putting in hidden fees to pay for centre renovations. I pay $300 a week to send my son to care for 5 days a week and when I queried the fees i was told to reduce my days of him going to the centre in order to get a discount!! It's almost like you get penalised for working full time!!! They have 2 fee increases per year in January and in July at the end of FY. how do the expect families to afford such excessive fee increases is what I want to know? And the service is so bad I can't even justify paying so much money. Do not send your child here because all you will get is bad service and ripped off. 👎👎👎

What a service!! Nido Early School Westmeadows is a wonderful centre with valuable staff and a fresh new manager who has implemented some great programs with a Reggio Emilia approach. The vibe is the centre is welcoming and warm and my daughter loves coming here! We now live alot further than Westmeadows but will not change child cares because we truely love and trust everyone at Nido!! A lot of positive changes have been made and they are continuing to improve each and every day.

Don’t send your child here. Questionable adherence to centre-based ratio requirements. The Director cancelled the yoga program so she could have a new office. High staff turnover and a lot of inadequately trained staff. Poor management of injuries.
