Finding a daycare for your child is honestly so stressful. I hadn’t originally planned to put my daughter (18 months) into Precious Moments, simply because I hadn’t heard of it. I had accepted a place at another daycare, but I just wasn’t feeling comfortable with it and kept having doubts. When I found Precious Moments Family Daycare, everything felt different straight away. The standard of care is incredible, but what really stands out is how genuine it feels. The centre is always clean, the food is amazing, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into everything they do. Every educator is kind and caring, not just one or two, but all of them. Mila absolutely loves going there. As soon as we walk in, she happily says “bye-bye mummy,” and when I pick her up, she often doesn’t want to leave because she’s having so much fun. The activities the children do each day are really well thought out and keep them happy and engaged. Kathy, the manager, has been on another level incredible, especially at the beginning when I was very nervous about starting daycare. She made the whole transition feel easy and reassuring, and any requests or concerns are always handled with care. It’s so rare to find a place where the care feels this genuine. I’m honestly so grateful we found Precious Moments and couldn’t recommend it more. I can’t thank ALL the staff enough for what they do for all these kids every single day.

We absolutely love Precious Moment! The staff are so caring and friendly, and the environment is bright, comfortable, and full of fun activities. Changing daycare can be stressful, but Precious Moments made the transition so easy for our 3-year-old. The educators were incredibly patient and supportive while our child was settling in. It’s such a relief to see our child happy, secure, and excited to attend. We’re very thankful for the care and kindness shown to our family.

You know how nerve wracking it is to place your precious child into childcare and trust others with their care. From the very first phone call (when I was in tears) to today, when I brought my little one in, the staff especially the manager have gone above and beyond to make sure this anxious mama feels supported and less stressed. I truly can’t thank you enough. The centre is very clean, with a no-shoes policy, which I really appreciate. The educators all seem incredibly caring. I even witnessed a lovely educator gently rocking a baby to sleep, something I know not everyone would take the time to do. The food menu looks very healthy and delicious. My little one is still on purées, but I can’t wait for her to start enjoying their meals.
