My grandson goes there and all staff are friendly and happy

I always enjoy visiting the goodstart Madeley team, Shannen is always happy to have me in the service and is very accommodating, the centre has a warm homely feel to it and I see nothing but dedicated educators working hard to teach the next generation.

Love this centre and the educators. Everyone is so invested in making it a great place for kids to learn and grow. My two children swapped from a competing centre and my only regret is not doing the swap sooner. The staff are so caring and the centre is very well run with great communication.

I highly recommend this childcare Center. Our son has been going there for best part of 2 years. We could not be happier. Starting from the front desk, Shannon and the entire team are very approachable, friendly and will take time to speak to parents about any concerns. Our son had difficulty at first getting familiar with new place and people but rather quickly has learned to love the place, mainly kids and educators. Special mention for Peter , Sophie and Caroline. Lastly the food they serve is delicious. 5 stars from very happy father.

Since my son was one year old we moved to madeley, we havd a long way to be settled. During this period especially at the begining the educators tried hard to give my son a feeling of safe and secured and i really appreciate all of wonderful educators, especially Rina, Hondang, Robin and Lauren, and kindy staff. Responsive and admins. Shannon ( director) is amazing in any situation she is helpful and full of energy. I am happy we moved to this suburb and meet these people. my son having a great time there. Highly recommend this daycare. My daughter loved going and the staff treated her so well. It has such a lovely family feel about it and she developed so much in her time there. Appreciate having such a wonderful team to trust with our daughter.

Goodstart Madeley are amazing and have cared for both my children for over 3 years. The staff treat you like family and I would recommend them to anyone seeking a professional, friendly, family oriented daycare Center. I consider many of the team members friends and know I call on them in an emergency as they always go over and above their day to day duties to provide an excellent service. My nephews attended the daycare roughy 13 years ago. When I finally had my first daughter 4 years ago it was a no brainer as to where I wanted her to attend daycare. You can always tell a well run organisation by its staff retention and I can say there a still a number of beautiful staff that were there 13 years ago when my nephews attended. All staff are friendly and approachable and every child’s needs are well and truely meet and exceeded. I have encouraged many friends to enrol their children and will continue to do so. I couldn’t be happier with Goodstart Madeley!

Sam and Shannon and their wonderful team are nothing short of amazing. Both of my babes have been attending this centre from a very young age (5 and 4 months). Everyone from the nursery through the toddler room right up to the kindy room have offered the very best care and support. All of the staff make you feel warm and welcome and nothing is ever too much for them. I am so so so lucky that my children have this fabulous community to shape them into the people they will become. Thank you to all of you xxx
