Could not rate the daycare any higher! Both my children have gone to Angels since 10months old. The most incredible educators, so grateful I found them! xx

My son attended this facility from July 2015 to Dec 2016. He was in both the Nest (0-2 year olds) and Explorers (2-3 year olds) room during this time. This is his third daycare centre due to us moving suburbs while building our house, and I can firmly say Angels is EXCELLENT!! The centre is brilliantly laid out both indoors and outdoors. Rooms are spacious and resources are good quality for learning and for fun play. Educators are fun, considerate, mature, communicative and are gentle but firm with the kids. The learning programs in the Explorers room (2-3 year olds) were great, properly targeted for this age group by learning through fun play activities. I can definitely see my son has learned so much through the group learning time (eg. colours, words and actions to some very difficult songs, alphabet, shapes, numbers). Most importantly, my son has grown socially so much in his time at Angels - learning new concepts, confidence, and appropriate social interaction with other kids. The Directors are so organised and are wonderful at co-ordinating staff and they know every single child. I loved that turnover in staff is very low and they actually look like they enjoy each others' company and have fun together when they turn up to work - that energy rubs off on the kids. The half year and full year reports, daily portal uploads of what the kids do, and the year end portfolio all demonstrate attention to the childrens' learning, and show a real partnership with parents to communicate where development is needed (eg. sharing, taking turns, regulating own behaviour, fine/gross motor skills, interacting with others as well as "academic learning" which is secondary at this age). They set learning goals for my child and helped guide him to work on those (eg. more complex puzzles, working on gross motor skills after he recovered from a fractured leg, being consistent with toilet training). I cannot speak highly enough about this centre. We were really sad when we moved suburbs again and left Angels. I doubt we will find another centre like this, they have set the benchmark very high. If you are lucky enough to get a spot for your child at Angels, accept it and thank your lucky stars!
