All I can say to some of the workers is don’t work in childcare if you don’t genuinely love and respect children. Very disgusted in the comments that were made about and to my grandson who is blind. Wouldn’t expect to hear it from a random person on the street, let alone a childcare worker. Needless to say he is no longer enrolled there. I don’t really like writing reviews however I think this time it’s necessary. Read more

We have been attending Grow since 2021, and during that time there has been a number of staff changes, including the director team.... We have been attending Grow since 2021, and during that time there has been a number of staff changes, including the director team. In the past, we did have some challenges with educators and directors, which made things difficult at times. However, since Miss Emily and Miss Tracey came on board at the start of this year, there has been a positive change. They have done an amazing job and are both incredibly helpful and approachable. Most importantly, it’s clear they genuinely care about the children and their wellbeing. All of the current staff at Grow are fantastic, and our children absolutely love them. Both of our kids have formed special bonds with many of the educators — my daughter would go home with Miss Teagan or Miss Amity if she could, and my son always seeks out Miss Jemella to help her vacuum! It’s those little connections that show how much the educators truly engage with and support the children. Read more

We love the variety of activities the children participate in each day and the mix of educator vs child-led play and learning. My daughter has been attending Grow since August 2024, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. The centre always feels welcoming and clean, and we’re greeted every morning with warm smiles from Emily and Tracy at the front desk. In the Nursery rooms, Miss Jainie, Miss Belinda, and Miss Amity have been absolutely amazing. I really appreciate how they embrace and celebrate my daughter’s Samoan background, especially through traditions, language, and music. 10/10 for everyone’s effort, care, and dedication! A special shout out to Miss Mary in the early morning gathering room, my little girl absolutely adores her cuddles. Read more
