We have had such a wonderful experience with M Steps, and I am genuinely very happy with the care and support they have provided to my son.<br><br>I enrolled my son when he was around 11 months old. At that time, he was quite anxious around new people and found it very difficult to settle into childcare. As a parent, it was hard to see him upset at drop-off, but the patience, kindness and care shown by the educators made such a huge difference.<br><br>What I really appreciate is that the team has taken the time to understand my son’s individual needs and has adapted their approach to help him feel comfortable and secure. They have been very supportive with his routines, milk, food and other little things that are important to him.<br><br>One of the biggest things I value is the consistency of the educators. Seeing familiar staff regularly has helped my son build trust and feel safe in the environment. The educators know him, understand his needs and genuinely care about his wellbeing.<br><br>In just a few months, we have seen such a positive change. He is now 14 months old and is happy when we drop him off, which is something I honestly didn’t think would happen so quickly. Seeing him become more comfortable, confident and settled has given me so much peace of mind.<br><br>I am extremely grateful to the whole M Steps team for their patience, understanding and exceptional care. I never usually write reviews, but this one felt inevitable because of just how much we love this place.<br><br>I was extremely hesitant about sending my son to childcare in the first place. As a parent, leaving your child in someone else’s care for the first time can feel like a huge leap of faith, and I was genuinely on the fence about it. However, when I heard that this centre was Montessori-inspired and had an all-female team, I knew I at least had to come and see it for myself.<br><br>From the very first day I toured the centre, I felt an immediate sense of comfort and safety. There was something about the environment and the women working there that made me feel like I could trust them with my son, and I knew almost straight away that this was where I wanted him to be.<br><br>Three months in, and I can honestly say it already feels like a little family.<br><br>The growth I have seen in my son in such a short amount of time has been incredible. His social skills, confidence and development have improved so much, and he is constantly coming home having learnt something new. He learnt all seven days of the week within his first month! The educators genuinely take the time to teach, engage and encourage the children, and you can see the effort they put into helping each child grow.<br><br>The centre itself is also incredibly clean. I especially love that they try to maintain a warm, home-like environment, even having everyone take their shoes off indoors. It’s such a small thing, but it really adds to the feeling that the children are in a safe, comfortable and cared-for space rather than simply being “at childcare.”<br><br>What stands out the most, though, is the staff. They genuinely make you feel like family. You can see how much they care about the children, but also about the families behind them. Their warmth and attentiveness never feel forced, and I think that speaks volumes.<br><br>The food is all provided, which is such a huge convenience for parents, and it is approved by a certified practising dietitian, which gives me even more peace of mind. They also organise so many wonderful incursions and activities for the children, and they constantly keep parents updated on what the kids are learning and getting up to throughout the day.<br><br>As a mum, knowing that my son is not only safe and cared for, but genuinely happy, learning and thriving, means more to me than I can put into words.<br><br>I walked through the doors three months ago feeling nervous about leaving my little boy in someone else’s care. Now, I drop him off knowing he is surrounded by people who genuinely care for him, and I’m so grateful that we found this place.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend this kinder highly enough. It has been such a beautiful experience for us, and I feel incredibly lucky that this is where my son gets to learn, grow and make his little memories.

We couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. Both of our children attend and are really happy there. Communication is fantastic and we receive regular updates on their progress and the activities they’ve been participating in. There have lots of great incursions, activities, events and celebrations throughout the year which the kids love. All the staff are friendly, approachable and genuinely care about the children. The rooms are really clean and organised and have a great range of resources.<br><br>We highly recommend this childcare.
