1 star. Years ago when my eldest joined Hope, our childcare journey was a positive, joyful experience. The assurance in my decision to send my sons was relayed by staff who were genuinely passionate and a centre that presented with a low turnover of staff. Sadly such an experience diluted, replaced with ongoing significant concerns regarding child welfare, wellbeing and learning, as well as concerns for room staff support and wellbeing. I follow a pattern of families now withdrawing given such circumstances and would not recommend sending children to hope Frankston heights.

We used to love Hope but recently with restructures around management, my experience has been disappointing. The inconsistency in their care is alarming; I've witnessed staff members change daily, and the lack of continuity left my child feeling unsettled. Additionally, the negligence in reporting incidents is concerning. On one occasion, I was not informed when my child was involved in an accident or altercations with other children, which raises serious questions about their oversight. I expected better communication and accountability from a daycare, and I would not recommend this facility to other parents looking for a reliable and safe environment for their children.

I have been extremely happy with the level of care provided at Hope Frankston Heights. We have been at the centre for 3 years now and are really impressed with the admin team and the educators. My boys are very happy to go to Hope on my 3 work days and have both learnt so much. Thank you to the entire team!
