On the occasions I pick up my grandson from this centre I find it delightful, from the friendly, (and yet still very safe & secure) welcome at the front desk to the approachable educators in the rooms, which are clean & well equipped. The children have always been happily playing & engaged in outdoor & indoor activities & I’m always given a full run down of my grandson’s day. He’s happy so no complaints from this Grandma!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication at this daycare centre. My grandson has experienced multiple concerning incidents during his time there. On one occasion, he was left with severe nappy rash due to only being changed twice in an entire day, causing him significant pain and requiring days to heal. The communication among staff is poor, and the director does not appear to effectively relay important information to the educators. The centre is often short-staffed, and my grandson has come home with unexplained injuries, including a bite mark on his arm and a scratch on his cheek—both of which staff were unable to account for. He has also contracted conjunctivitis multiple times in a short period, raising serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the facility. It is unacceptable for babies and toddlers to be treated this way. I strongly advise other families to consider alternative childcare options.

We have recently started sending our 9 month old here and from the moment we first toured I knew this was the daycare for us because of how beautiful all the staff were. It’s been a seamless transition to daycare life and our daughter’s days there are filled with adventures and learning and fun. Special shout out to everyone in the Cove room but especially Rhi and T, for being so warm and welcoming to both our daughter and us as nervous first time parents. Even the reception team are so patient and lovely, from my tears the first week and encouraging me to call and check in as much as I need to throughout the day. She’s eating better than ever thanks to the amazing chef and I just couldn’t say enough positive things about our experience. Thanks team our baby is in great hands.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this childcare centre. After a challenging time elsewhere, it’s been such a relief to find a place where our little one is so well cared for. The educators are incredibly nurturing, always taking the time to share details about our child’s day and answer any questions we might have. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure she has everything she needs for a happy and fulfilling day. Initially, I was nervous about sending my child only one day a week, worried that she might not build strong connections with her educators or that they wouldn’t remember her. However, those concerns quickly disappeared. From the very first day, the educators greeted her warmly by name and remembered details from the previous week, making her feel valued and welcome. Our child now talks so fondly about her educators and looks forward to her time at the centre each week. Her communication and self-help skills have improved remarkably, and every pick-up brings a new milestone or something she’s excited to share. During those first few visits, when she was a little hesitant, the educators were incredibly kind and attentive, gently helping her settle by engaging her in activities or taking her to watch the birds. They were always understanding and supportive, even taking my calls during the day when I was feeling anxious after a tough morning. This centre has been a wonderful fit for our family, and we’re so grateful for the care and dedication of the team.

Cannot recommend this centre highly enough! The educators are all so lovely & friendly. They are informative about the children’s day, attentive to their needs & great communicators. My little one always has a great day & seems to have really bonded with everyone there. Thank you for such a great experience so far!
