Our high-quality, play based preschool curriculum is delivered by Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Our teachers tailor their programs to ensure all children develop the confidence and social and emotional skills needed for a smooth transition to school. Through play, our Early Childhood Teachers facilitate children’s learning of important language, literacy, numeracy and creative skills.

Dear Goodstart Early Learning Team,<br>I am writing to formally submit feedback and share my sincere appreciation for Centre Director Madhu Ching and the entire team at Goodstart Early Learning Osborne.<br><br>Over the past six years, our family has experienced three different Goodstart centres. Somerton Park, then Semaphore Park, and now Osborne for the past year.<br><br>In that time, Goodstart Osborne has proven to be an absolute standout in every respect.<br><br>The level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail across the centre is second to none:<br><br>1: Exceptional Communication and Handovers: Daily handovers are consistently thorough, professional, and reassuring. I always receive detailed updates on my daughters’ days from what they ate and how many servings they had, to their moods, energy levels, and engagement.<br><br>Incident reporting is prompt and transparent, and the updates shared via Storypark are regular, thoughtful, and significantly higher in quality than what we have experienced elsewhere.<br><br>2: Meaningful Community Excursions: While other centres often promised excursions that never materialised, Madhu and her team actively deliver. Taking the children on regular outings to the local library and the nearby nursing home has provided our girls with a wonderful, enriching way to connect with their broader community. Just last week our daughter went to the nursing home made pizzas and read books. She absolutely loved it.<br><br>3: Thoughtful Curriculum and Learning Environments: The centre is impeccably clean. The planned craft sessions and outdoor environments demonstrate clear intentional focus on kinaesthetic learning and purposeful play. Today the team planned a treasure hunt using maps, pirate hats, and numeracy to find and locate “treasure”.<br><br>4: Family Engagement and Celebrations: The effort invested into annual milestones (Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas) is extraordinary. For Mother’s Day, families were welcomed in to share food, decorate plant pots with their children to take home, and were gifted a laminated photo of our daughters holding a personalised sign. These generous, touching touches consistently exceed expectations. Father’s Day was similar with crafted #1 dad medals, cake and an afternoon tea and thoughtful cards again laminated.<br><br>Madhu sets a remarkably high benchmark for leadership, operational excellence, and genuine warmth. Her dedication is clearly reflected in how engaged, supportive, and motivated her team is every day.<br><br>I would like this feedback formally recorded and shared with regional leadership so that Madhu and the Osborne educators receive the recognition they truly deserve.<br><br>Thanks for everything you do.

Our family has loved being part of this childcare centre. The educators are warm, caring, and truly go above and beyond for the children. We've watched our children grow in confidence and make wonderful friendships. The staff have always been supportive and approachable, and we couldn't be more thankful for the care they have provided. I am absolutely thrilled with the welcome, support and kindness my daughter and I have received from every staff member we’ve worked with so far. After having a rough start else where through another private for-profit centre, I had started to lose a lot of hope in finding a place where we would be 100% happy, but this centre has gone absolutely above and beyond, the environment is hands down fantastic and the staff in nursery are incredible, loving and warm. They are mature women and their clear knowledge, passion and experience put every concern of mine to rest. I leave knowing my daughter is in safe competent hands.

What an amazing centre. My little one absolutely loves it. The nursery room staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. Little one was settled down in weeks. She loves to go to childcare and enjoys her day with the educators and other children. All the activities were set up and help little one learning through play.
