Very disappointing experience with Guardian Manly.<br><br>We paid a high bond to secure our daughter’s place, but later decided to withdraw after receiving an offer from another centre that worked better for our family. We gave Guardian more than three months’ notice, which we felt was more than enough time for them to offer the place to another family.<br><br>The main issue was the lack of clarity around the bond refund policy. When we originally visited the centre and discussed the enrolment, we understood that the bond could be refunded with sufficient notice (1month). This was an important factor in our decision to proceed. However, when we subsequently withdrew, we were told that the bond would not be refunded under Guardian’s written policy.<br><br>The matter was escalated, but ultimately Guardian decided to retain the bond despite the significant notice we had provided.

The staff are so lovely! Kids love them, and parents like to work with them. Danine and Pin are incredible in Nursery 1. Danine is so experienced and all the parents rave about her. Josie is fantastic. Too bad there isn't proper outdoor space, otherwise the place is wonderful.

We really love Danine and the team! They’ve helped our little one settle into daycare so well, and we genuinely feel like he’s surrounded by so much love and care when he’s there.<br><br>They’ve made such an effort to keep us updated on how he’s doing, which has been especially reassuring during those first few weeks of daycare. It’s made the whole transition so much easier for us as parents knowing he’s happy, cared for and in such lovely hands.<br><br>We’re so grateful to Danine and the whole team for everything they do!

Guardian has far exceeded our expectations. They honestly weren’t our first choice but I’m so glad we ended up going with them! There is such a nurturing and personal nature to their care. Staff across the centre (from management to educators - even educators who wouldn’t usually look after my child) all know my child by name and are equally genuine, trustworthy and kind. You can also tell the children really like the educators. The play areas and activities are always well-presented and thoughtfully planned out. We would receive detailed updates of our child’s day and additional updates on milestones and other progress. They also have fun little events for the whole family to enjoy and a great sense of community. Very happy to recommend Guardian Manly.

They always knows exactly what our baby has been up to that day, how he’s doing, what he’s eaten and how he’s slept. It really feels like she genuinely cares about him and has taken the time to get to know him.<br><br>You can tell that the whole nursery team really loves the babies and puts so much care into what they do. Knowing he is happy, safe and so well looked after makes such a huge difference to us as parents.<br><br>We’re so grateful to Danine and the whole team for making what could be a really difficult experience such a positive one. ❤️

We absolutely love Guardian Manly! All the staff are so friendly and supportive and really made us feel at ease leaving our little one for the first time. It was so nice seeing him excited to arrive everyday and give the educators a big cuddle, it is a really warm and nurturing environment. We have recently moved away from the area and are struggling to find a daycare that we like as much, we really miss everyone at the centre, especially N1 and N2 teams.

We’re so happy with this daycare! The staff is super professional and really invested in the kids (Akvile and Dolly are wonderful preschool teachers!). They helped our son settle in so quickly after our move. He loves going there every day, and we can really see how much attention they give him. There’s always something fun and educational happening, with lots of activities to keep him busy. Plus, having an in-house kitchen and chef was a big win for us—amazing food, and they always make sure there’s plenty of fresh fruit. Highly recommend it!

Our son loved his time in the nursery at Guardian Manly! We have sadly moved out of the area so have had to switch daycares, but it was such a great experience for us and our little boy. The N1 team worked hard to help him feel comfortable and it was amazing watching him take to the new environment. When unsettled he always had someone there to cuddle him and help him feel secure. He learnt so much in his few months at the centre and we couldn’t be happier with our choice for his first daycare. Thank you so much Guardian Manly!

I withdrew my child immediately after they were assaulted in front of me by another child during drop-off. No educator witnessed the incident. Centre management told me this childs behaviour was known and occurs in the 10–15 min window at drop-off. additional support staff don’t start until 9am which leaves a predictable period where all other children were exposed to a known risk (45 minutes + in this instance). Management followed up after the incident, but this was a known risk and should not have been allowed to exist. I escalated this to Guardian national management and was told I’d be contacted. This did not happen. I’m posting this reluctantly so other families are aware this could happen to their child. Seperate to this, the educators are caring and professional - they’ve been as let down in this situation as much as we have.
