In addition to annual First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma training, the educators are also encouraged to participate in ongoing professional development. The curriculum is delivered across four different learning environments:

• Nursery (0 – 15 Months): the educators foster the children’s imagination, providing them with sensory experiences and opportunities for mindfulness.
• Toddler (15 Months – 2 Years): the children develop their social and emotional skills, including sharing and independence. 
• Pre-Kindy (2 – 3 Years): the educators balance fun and play with a steady introduction to structured learning. The children develop early friendships and build on the foundations of their physical and motor skills.
• Kindergarten (3 – 5 Years): the children start to prepare for the transition to school through a more formal learning environment. Rest, play and fun are still important elements in the day, with imaginative and sensory activities that help to build critical thinking, confidence and independence.
