My placement experience here was very good. All the educators were very helpful and supportive, I really appreciate the support I received from all the educators from the whole team, which helped me build my confidence and skills I early childhood education.

I am currently completing my placement at this centre, and it has been a wonderful learning experience. The educators are highly professional, supportive, and passionate about creating a safe and engaging environment for children. The centre is well-organised, welcoming, and provides excellent learning opportunities that support children’s development. I have learned so much from the team and appreciate their guidance and encouragement throughout my placement. I would highly recommend this centre to families looking for quality early childhood education and care.

As a student I want to share my experience at this early childhood center. The staff and teachers are very cooperative, supportive, and kind. They always help and encourage us in our learning. The environment is friendly, welcoming, and comfortable, which makes learning enjoyable.

This centre use to be a great place where coming to the daycare was like family, all the staff were so kind and caring, but over the past few years things have went downhill, ever since the former educators left, and new management has made this place not what it use to be. Families use to be notified when educators were absent or away, but they no longer cared or communicated with us about these things. All of the beloved educators that we wished well and we could say our farewells to is very hard on us. The changes are unfortunately what made us step away from Reggio.

What was a wonderful centre, sadly, is no longer... Half way through 2025 the centre manager moved on - slowly but surely, all of the best educators in the centre started to disappear not long after, interestingly, with little to no mention from management... When we joined the centre every new team member was annouced to all, an introduction to new staff... Notification of staff leaving was always provided, to allow parents to thank them & say their farewells... The change in management had everything that was good about this centre in a very steep decline... What used to be a centre that was well run is now a centre that is very poorly run... To top it all off, the paperwork supplied for our daughters last day was provided 8 or so weeks prior to her last day, receipt was confirmed via email & verbally BUT somehow we were billed for another two weeks on her last day - what a disgraceful way to end it all, being billed for serviced we have clearly advised will not be required... when we questioned the matter, terms like system glitch were provided with no real care or concern for funds taken from our account that simply shouldn't have been - worst of all, just days before Christmas... approaching NYE & we're still waiting for our refund... ABSOLUTE DISGRACE...

Choosing the right daycare for my daughter was one of the hardest decisions I could have made. I wanted to get it right. I am so glad I found Reggio Emilia Bourke Street. My daughter absolutely loves her time at daycare. She started in the baby room and has moved through to the toddler room and she comes home so happy, singing and dancing and telling me about her day. In the mornings she is happy and excited to go to school. The educators across all rooms are all so nurturing and attentive and kind. Going above and beyond to make sure her needs are met. I have full trust in the care they provide my daughter. Communication between the educators and the parents is fantastic. They make sure to call me if there is anything to discuss or to notify me of during the day and are always open and happy to have a discussion or take on feedback. I highly recommend this centre to anybody looking for quality care and a place they can trust.

Awesome day care would recommend to anyone, my little one has been to another and I find him so much more settled here he enjoys his days . The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful,and the events they hold are always fun and awesome the kids and parents enjoy them… and what a wonderful night on Friday night with vivid it was such a lovely set up and enjoyable evening we all loved it . We couldn’t be happier at Reggio Emilia North Parramatta (Bourke St). Our son has been at the centre since he was 10 months old and it truly has become a second home to him. We know that he is known, loved and cared for by all of the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure the children are safe and given a variety of opportunities to learn, and develop socially and emotionally. We particularly love the family focus and feel to the centre with consistent staff as well as opportunities to connect with each other and the staff at the monthly Friday Connections afternoons. We highly recommend this centre to any looking.

My son has been attending the centre for 2 years and it has been an amazing experience since day 1! Can't flaw the centre with anything the educators and facilities are amazing!! Big shout our to the Rainbow room educator!

I have had my daughter attending Reggio Emilia North Parramatta for the past 3 years and we have had an amazing time. The educators including centre manager have remained consistent allowing my daughter and myself to create strong relationships! Great learning environments and children always engaged in great experiences! We are off to big school next year but couldn’t be happier with our time here at Reggio Emilia North Parramatta.
