We’ve had a wonderful experience at Woodcrest Early Education Centre & Pre-School. Both of my children attend, and I feel so comfortable knowing they are in such a caring and supportive environment. The educators are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the children. My kids are always happy to go and come home smiling, and I’ve seen great growth in their confidence and social skills. Communication is great, and the centre always feels welcoming and well organised. We’re very grateful for everything the team at Woodcrest does. Highly recommend!

Both of my children have attended Woodcrest early learning centre. I have experienced the workings of the centre in most of the year group settings from early years through to kindergarten and before/after school care. The centre has been so lovely and welcoming from day one. Everyone from the administration and management team, all the way through to the centre cooks, educators and assistants. My girls have absolutely thrived since starting at the centre, and they have made some great bonds with the beautiful educators and their little friends. The programs offered at kindy level are fabulous, and the educators really do put so much love into the kids. The food is healthy and plentiful, and the classroom resources are fabulous. It’s no surprise to me that the centre is rated as exceeding.

Woodcrest is an amazing service with long term educators. amazing outside play areas and honestly just a team that care about the children. I viewed other services when moving to the area and honestly this service for years has always met up to my expectations. It’s open door policy so if in the area you should go and visit well with it. Horrible enrolment enquiry officer. I called last week to enrol my three children in the centre ASAP, and not only did I feel rushed on call by a person named Melisa, but she was talking to another person the moment she was talking to me. She sounded so rude and cut my phone so fast and did not bother to ask my name or my children’s details.

Woodcrest early education centre has been a wonderful centre for all 3 of my children from nursery, kindergarten & schoolies.<br>All the teachers are amazing, nurturing & genuinely go above & beyond to ensure the happiness, health & safety of all of the children they care for.<br>We truly could not ask for more beautiful & loving staff members to love & care for our children.

Excellent experience. Love the playground and water play in the summer. Our kids loved it here and the educators are all wonderful, less turnover than most

Kindy - last year, ECT made harsh judgements on four to five-year-olds to parents without discussing them with management. The scissors were left open without supervision in the room and the toilets were unhygienic. Management - there is no permanent front desk staff and the position is frequently changed. The manager works hard but is always in a rush. The centre urgently needs new front desk staff who understand and greet everyone equally. My child has many local friends from different communities, but they preferred another nearby centre because they felt welcomed there. Fortunately, my child is learning well at another private centre within a nearby private school.

Woodcrest Early Education has honestly put my mind at ease returning to work and settling my baby into the nursery room. All of the educators — including the float staff — are incredibly supportive and always pass on information at pick-up and drop-off, which has made the transition back to work so much easier. My son started over a year ago and has blossomed so much during his time there. He’s become such a confident little boy, and I truly love that they have long-term educators who build strong, consistent relationships with the children. I couldn’t be happier with our experience.

This is seriously a centre with zero policies . Children (even toddlers)playing outside - some even barefoot in hot grass ( even when temperature exceed 30degree) during summer . My child has left for other centre where not only she learnt fastly but also playing safe mostly inside during peak sunny days .
