Sunkids Mermaid Waters has been one of the best childcare centres I’ve experienced. The entire team is exceptional—genuinely caring, dedicated, and passionate about the wellbeing of the children. It’s clear that for them, this isn’t just a job—they give 100% every single day. While every staff member is wonderful, I have to especially acknowledge Emma, who is the welcoming face of the centre. She is incredibly kind, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand. As a single mum of two, one of whom has additional needs, the daily routines of drop-off and pick-up can sometimes be overwhelming. On the tough days, Emma has gone above and beyond to help with the boys, and her support has meant the world to me. I had some very difficult experiences with my eldest son in previous childcare settings, which left me anxious and hesitant. When I shared my concerns with Emma and the team at Sunkids, they responded with such empathy and understanding. They made me feel confident and reassured about enrolling my younger son, and I now feel secure knowing he is in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment. Read more
