Sunkids Mermaid Waters has been one of the best childcare centres I’ve experienced. The entire team is exceptional—genuinely caring, dedicated, and passionate about the wellbeing of the children. It’s clear that for them, this isn’t just a job—they give 100% every single day. While every staff member is wonderful, I have to especially acknowledge Emma, who is the welcoming face of the centre. She is incredibly kind, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand. As a single mum of two, one of whom has additional needs, the daily routines of drop-off and pick-up can sometimes be overwhelming. On the tough days, Emma has gone above and beyond to help with the boys, and her support has meant the world to me. I had some very difficult experiences with my eldest son in previous childcare settings, which left me anxious and hesitant. When I shared my concerns with Emma and the team at Sunkids, they responded with such empathy and understanding. They made me feel confident and reassured about enrolling my younger son, and I now feel secure knowing he is in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment. Read more

Since our two children started attending the centre when it opened in 2024, we have been nothing short of delighted with the experience. First and foremost, the environment at Sunkids is incredibly safe, nurturing, and inclusive. It's evident that the wellbeing of the children is the top priority. The centre is thoughtfully designed to ensure children can explore and learn in a setting that feels secure and welcoming. The educators deserve special mention. They are not only dedicated but also genuinely care for the children. It's reassuring to know that our kids are not just being watched, but are actively supported in their development. The educators foster a stimulating atmosphere where the children can thrive, and it's clear they take the time to build strong relationships with each child. Additionally, the food provided is nutritious and well-balanced, which is another important factor for us as parents. Knowing that our children are nourished properly throughout the day gives us peace of mind, allowing them to focus on engaging with their peers and learning.
