I have been an apart of Wallaby Wollert community for 6 years with 2 children having attended the centre. The team take care to build relationships with the children and families, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment and most importantly to ensure that children are making the most of their time there, developing their skills and relationships. The one thing that has impressed me the most about Wallaby Wollert is how they treat and support their team. From our time there we have observed little turn over, with many educators having cared for both of our children. This continuity goes a long way to our sense of trust in the centre, and helps the children immensely as they aren’t constantly exposed to new faces. It’s also lovely to feel the buzz walking around the centre as the relationships between the staff is genuine and can be felt. I’d highly recommend Wallaby Wollert. The best in the area for sure!

I was very disappointed with my tour at this childcare centre. We were not allowed to enter any of the rooms and were only shown them from the hallway. We also weren’t allowed to see the outdoor play area.

The reason given was “child safety,” but honestly, I’ve never experienced this at any other childcare centre. As an educator myself, I completely understand the importance of child safety and privacy, but there are many centres that safely conduct tours while maintaining those standards.

How are families supposed to assess the learning environment, resources, room setup, and overall quality of the centre if they can’t actually see them? Choosing a childcare service is a big decision, and parents should have the opportunity to make an informed choice.

Clean and tidy place well trained staff

We love Wallaby Wollert. All of the educators and staff and incredible supportive, communicative and put our needs at the forefront. Our child is challenged, cared for and supported to meet learning and social needs and everything is communicated home in a timely way. We couldn’t be happier with the service that we are getting here and have recommended to many of our friends in the area.

We also accepted our child's spot with Centrelink as they instructed us to do. Later on, they refused to give us the spot. The management is not good; they lied to us.

As a Parent I am happy to share my positive experience with Wallaby Child Care Wollert. From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we had found a truly special place for our child. The caring and professional staff, the engaging curriculum, and the warm, welcoming environment make this center stand out. Their professionalism and genuine care create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and loved. The secure environment gives us peace of mind, knowing our child is well-protected. Additionally, the staff's dedication to maintaining a healthy setting, particularly in these times, is commendable. I highly recommend Wallaby Child Care Centre to any parent looking for a trustworthy and enriching place for their child. It truly is a home away from home.

I have a positive experience in Wallaby Wollert since day 1 I stepped into the centre. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk officer and most of the staff smiled at me during the tour. The centre itself is very clean, well presented and has the ‘home-like’ feel - which creates a relaxed environment. It is now the third month since my daughter joined the nursery room. The educators in the nursery room are so caring and they provided great assistance during initial days when my daughter needed it the most. Really appreciate the continuous efforts and care they provide to my daughter. Now she is confident and happy to play in the centre and that leaves me in peace at work. I highly recommend Wallaby Wollert if you are in the area and looking for a Childcare.

But not long she is happy to go with her teachers and stay whole long day happily. Just watching the staffs look after the kids you will give them 5 stars straight away.
