Very disappointed with Hilltop Childcare Centre. Since Jessica became manager, the centre has become completely disorganised. She made false claims about my daughters—who have special needs—and even bribed parents to write emails blaming them. The way she handled the termination of my daughters’ enrolment was completely unprofessional — done over the phone with no sympathy or care. No child or family should be treated this way. Someone like her should not be managing a childcare centre. I wish there was a 0 rating! Read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My daughters were previously at another child care and I noticed no progress... If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My daughters were previously at another child care and I noticed no progress within them. but from day one of attending this centre I have seen such a dramatic transformation in my daughters. The time and effort most educators put in the education and safety of the children says enough about this centre. They dearly love Miss Janice and Miss Roechelle.
