Innocent Minds is an amazing childcare centre! The educators are caring, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The environment is warm, safe, and welcoming, and you can see how much effort goes into the learning programs and daily experiences. Communication with families is clear and consistent, and the team always makes you feel comfortable and involved. My child feels happy, supported, and excited to attend each day. Innocent minds has been amazing for all three of my kids! The teachers are so caring and create a fun, engaging environment where my children have really thrived. My son has been at Innocent minds since 2 years of age he is now 4 years old and going to school next year. He has learnt so much at Innocent minds and loves being there he has made lots of friends and loves all the teachers there. This center has been a very negative experience. The owner and supervisor are incredibly rude and handle the children harshly, often yelling at them. It’s impossible to raise concerns because they are always defensive and prioritize protecting themselves over the well-being of the children and parents. Another serious issue is the constant staff turnover. It's alarming to see new faces every day, and parents are never informed about these sudden changes. As parents, we have a right to know who is looking after our children. The center also has issues with its fees and policies. The fees are too high, and they require a long notice period to withdraw a child or change attendance dates. There have also been instances of being overcharged. Additionally, the center engages in false advertising. They promised "free soccer" and iPads, but these services were never provided to my child or anyone. I hope that the department will investigate these serious issues.
