The owner and supervisor are incredibly rude and handle the children harshly, often yelling at them. It’s impossible to raise concerns because they are always defensive and prioritize protecting themselves over the well-being of the children and parents. Another serious issue is the constant staff turnover. It's alarming to see new faces every day, and parents are never informed about these sudden changes. As parents, we have a right to know who is looking after our children. The center also has issues with its fees and policies. The fees are too high, and they require a long notice period to withdraw a child or change attendance dates. There have also been instances of being overcharged. Additionally, the center engages in false advertising. They promised "free soccer" and iPads, but these services were never provided to my child or anyone. I hope that the department will investigate these serious issues. Read more

Had the worst experience with this child care ! Initially we came in for a tour and loved the place the manager talked... Had the worst experience with this child care ! Initially we came in for a tour and loved the place the manager talked rainbows and sunshine . We were told there was availability for two days and that we can even start two weeks without payment just as a form of transition . When we left the office she said she will send us an email with information and enrolment process etc she didn’t send anything , we then called her she said we should enroll online I got on the website I enrolled through their own website . The first time I called after filling out the form and receiving an email from hub hello she said she didn’t receive anything and that I should apply again I did and call again second call she was out of the office , third call on a different day she was busy , fourth call also same thing another excuse , It felt like she was putting us aside purposely a month went past and we canceled all other tours with other childcare’s cause we took her word and trusted her that after the enrolment form she’ll have two days set for my daughter . I finally called her today and was adamant on knowing what’s going on finally she was bothered to check turns out the enrolment form on their website isn’t the right one and that she needed to send another one through email , and also she only has one day available after we initially agreed and canceled other child care because she said she had two days and that we could add more later . You shouldn’t give your word to people and go back on it some people have responsibilities and need their children put in childcare . Also if you know your website doesn’t work what’s the point of having a faulty form on your website . Take it off and make it clear you need to send the form .
