As a working family, this was such a big and emotional step—handing him over to people we didn’t yet know and trusting them with his care. From the very beginning, the entire Kitawah team showed incredible patience, warmth, and dedication in helping him settle in. We were kept well informed, supported, and reassured, which made the transition so much easier. Now, almost three years later, he absolutely loves his time at Kitawah. The educators have been nothing short of fantastic—nurturing, attentive, and genuinely invested in his growth and happiness. From Jenni at the front desk, who always greets us with kindness, to Leanne and the amazing team working tirelessly behind the scenes, every staff member contributes to such a supportive and caring environment. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful, well-rounded team who truly care for the children and families they support! Read more
Thank you so much, Rebecca. It’s been such a privilege to be part of your son’s journey from those early days through to now, and we’re so glad he loves his time here. Your kind words mean the world to our whole team and we’re grateful for the trust your family has placed in us. ❤️

I have experienced over a year and a half of there care, love and support for my beautiful children. They are always happy to have a conversation about any concerns and will go the extra mile to make my kids or myself feel at ease. They have supported my children reaching milestones when my children have indicated they were ready. I personally have not experience all the educators teaching my children but I have crossed paths with them while walking in or out at drop off or pick up and they are always polite and easy to approach. Oh and the beautiful ladies that you see when you walk in are always greeting you with a lovely smile. A center that is ran so beautifully Read more

Unfortunately not suited for my child , she didn't settle due to some boys picking on few kids in class , unfortunately educator didn't get down to talk to this boys in that instant as I seen it happening. And was a bit worried that nothing was being done when I wasn't there with my child . Now she is scared to attend any kindy or daycare and says kindy is scary 😑 I also talked to director about the situation, and she said " yes he has bigger brothers and lives on a farm that's why his so rough " she did say she would talk to educators in room . But thoughs boys kept doing same thing and never seen the educators get down and talk to them about hands and feet to your self . Pre toddler room was great educators in there. But the new room was too much not enough eyes on kids getting hurt by other kids , kids like my own started hating going cried every single drop off screaming for me . And after talking to other educators they said them boys were doing same to there kids too so surprised me that this kid wasn't talked too about keep your hands to your self and was a on going thing. Just cause a kid has big brothers and lives on a farm does not excuse or make it ok to hurt or pick on other kids . Now my child doesn't even wanna go to kindy and saays its scary so thats great fun.
