My child was born during COVID and was quite shy in the beginning. Watching her grow has been such a joy, once she started school, her confidence really blossomed, and now she looks forward to going to big school. She will miss everyone at our centre very much. Gilda demonstrates dedicated leadership, guided by a sincere love for children and an unwavering commitment to their wellbeing and development. Tada, Yuki and Yumi are wonderful educators who create a balanced environment that thoughtfully combines structure with warmth and care. Angel and Emma bring boundless energy and kindness to the children each day. Taya treats every child as if they were her own, creating a deeply nurturing atmosphere. Joyce works with exceptional effectiveness and dedication, consistently supporting children. The most important part for us is the stability of the educators. Many work full‑time and have been here for many years, which makes us feel confident, trusting, and secure with the staff. One additional aspect that is very important to us is how well organised, clean, and well‑maintained the centre is. As the saying goes, a clear environment reflects clear thinking, and this thoughtful organisation creates a calm and positive space for both children and families. Our daughter has had a joyful and enriching early childhood experience at the centre, and we sincerely appreciate the care, dedication, and support provided.

THE best daycare /school where they truly care about each individual child and their unique needs & work alongside parents to give the best. Our kid loves attending and we love the owner Gilda who’s very involved and all the helpful tips and educators. Educational, fun and full of LOVE and perfect balance of TLC and teaching good behaviours and building resilience.. lots of fun activities, healthy food and amazing purpose built, safe and fun centre with full transparency for parents. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our kids ! They don’t max out the educator to kids ratios and leave them to just watch TV or cry by themselves all day, they don’t focus on money and maximising profits at the expense of the kids unlike some daycares which are owned by shareholders and companies who are all about the profits. Highly recommend. 10/10 for everything you could ever what for your baby / toddler / kid .

My child enrolled at this centre 3 years ago on a 5-day schedule, and even after we moved away from the nearby area, we chose to keep her here. That decision alone says a lot. One of the things I value most is the stability of the team. Most of the educators work 5 days in the same room throughout the year, which provides consistency and a strong sense of security for the children. Whenever I have questions, I always receive clear answers , this is something I find is not always the case at other centres. My child genuinely enjoys the environment, the teachers, and the activities. She has grown in confidence and curiosity, and I feel reassured knowing she is supported in both her learning and wellbeing. I would highly recommend this centre to any parents looking for an excellent nursery and learning experience with a caring, stable team.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found the centre for our son. Since he began attending at just one year old, he has blossomed into a confident little boy over the past 3.5 years. Joyce is an incredibly effective and trustworthy teacher; she has calmed our son during multiple anxious transition periods and has successfully guided him through new experiences. Yuki, Yumi, Tada, and Masumi are all disciplined yet nurturing, providing both a loving environment and a structured framework for the children. Taya is especially gentle and treats the kids as if they were her own. Saeko is experienced and patient. Angel and Emma bring so much energy and kindness. I’ve noticed that all the teachers love engaging in conversations with the kids, and the children genuinely enjoy talking to them. This interaction significantly enhances their language development, exploration, and curiosity. Additionally, the teachers are genuinely invested in expanding their knowledge of early childhood learning, continually striving to improve their skills. The centre’s low turnover rate is exceptional; most of the teachers have been here for many years, which sets it apart from other centres. This stability allows us to know and trust the dedicated staff who nurture and support our child’s development. Communication with parents is very effective, which we truly appreciate. We also love the curriculum they offer; it is engaging and stimulating, fostering both learning and fun in our child's daily experience. The centre exudes a wonderful vibe; it fosters generosity and kindness among the kids, and the parents share a close-knit community that adds to the overall atmosphere. We are beyond grateful to have such dedicated teachers as the first educators in our son's life. Each day, he comes home excited to share what he's learned and the fun activities he’s enjoyed. Gilda and her team have played a significant role in our happiness throughout our new life journey in Australia. Knowing that our son is in such capable hands fills us with peace of mind. We wholeheartedly recommend this centre; it has truly been a blessing for our family!

Gilda and her team are incredibly professional and passionate. They are very kind and provided useful comments to me. Chatswood ELC has lots of fun activities for children everyday and dance and sports classes. My daughter really enjoyed her time at ELC. It's a great experience for her.

Over the past three months, my son has had a truly wonderful experience, thanks to Gilda, Masumi, Yumi, and Yuki and other teachers and friends. Since he doesn’t speak English, he was quite nervous at first. However, from the second day onwards, he was so excited to go to school and made many friends.
