We’ve had a really positive experience at this childcare centre. The educators genuinely show so much love and care for the children, and it truly shows in how happy and settled the kids are. A special mention to the new Centre Director, Jess — she is incredibly well organised, lovely to deal with, and a clear, reliable communicator. Overall, a caring, supportive environment and a wonderful team. Highly recommend.

Community Kids Haven Ardeer is a childcare and early learning centre situated in-between the Albion and Deer Park area, tucked away on a service road on Ballarat Rd. Our care and teaching approach incorporate the Reggio Emilia philosophy. At the core of this philosophy is an assumption that children form their own personality during the early years of development and that they are endowed with "a hundred languages", through which they can express their ideas. Children engage in a variety of learning using a large range of resources including recycled materials, wooden blocks and loose parts. The children participate in an indoor/outdoor curriculum that is based on the children’s interests.
