*******UPDATING********** I appreciate all the explanations you gave me over the phone, but I was honestly hoping for an apology rather than excuses.<br><br>I have also appreciated OAC and its educators since my first child attended, almost 10 years ago, which makes this situation even more disappointing for me.<br><br>I’m also concerned about the daily experience my children are having. Almost every day when I pick them up, my kids have very dirty hands. also doesn’t seem to get an afternoon nap, even though I have requested this many times. As a result, he is often extremely tired and sleepy after leaving the centre.<br>IF PRESCHOOL ONE EDUCATOR CAN’T STAY RESPONSIBLE .DON’T SET THEM LEAVE TO THE END. ESPECIALLY THE BROWN LONG HAIR ONE!!!!! ALL OTHER EDUCATORS ARE EVEN MORE EXPERIENCED.<br><br>After being with OAC for so many years, I’m very disappointed that these concerns have continued despite my repeated requests. I really hope the centre can take this feedback seriously and look into these issues properly.<br><br>I’d like to share a disappointing experience that happened to my son today.<br><br>When I picked him up after work at around 5:30 pm, I was told that they couldn’t find his shoes.I was told there was a possibility that another child had thrown them outside over the fence. I spent a few minutes looking but still couldn’t find them.<br><br>As it was getting close to 6 pm, I asked the staff to please keep an eye on my son for just two minutes while I went outside to double check and look for his shoes. Unfortunately, no one seemed to take responsibility for my request.<br><br>I also asked why I wasn’t contacted when they realised my son’s shoes were missing If I had known earlier, I could have brought another pair from home.<br><br>I’m honestly very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I understand that things can happen with children, but I expect staff to take responsibility, communicate with parents, and make sure children are properly looked after. This was a very simple situation that could have been handled much better

I am beyond frustrated with Only About Children Rhodes. I came to pick up my little brother from this centre, and the staff had somehow managed to completely lose his shoes. It is incredibly irresponsible for a childcare facility to lose a child's basic, essential belongings like footwear. Because they couldn't find them, I had no choice but to carry him all the way back home myself, which was quite exhausting and entirely unnecessary.What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of accountability. The centre needs to learn to take responsibility for the items left in their care instead of brushing it off. Furthermore, they seriously need to improve how they communicate with parents and families when an incident like this occurs. We trust them with our children and their belongings, and this experience showed a total lack of care and professionalism. If I could give a lower rating than 1 star, I would definitely go for that.Absolutely unacceptable service.

Educators are great, all other staff at centre super friendly, educational program is solid, facilities are well-kept.

The staff are very caring. Extra care is given to help non English speaking kids adapting to the new environment. Outdoor playground is large, spacious and well covered with canopy. Activities are diverse and involving.

The environment is beautiful, the daily updates are great. The team here goes above and beyond to make every day fun and educational. Thank you team OAC Rhodes.

The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in every child. My little one comes home happy every day - couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend!

After a year long search I found OAC Rhodes for my then 1.5yr old. It has become our 2nd family and my son's most fav place! Staff and facility are incredible, I would highly recommended to any family looking for the perfect learning, nurturing, home away from home for your little ones ❤️ My son is now 3 and thriving in such a supportive environment. Open communication, excellent facilities and educators and management is really incredible! I'm so glad I did the long search for the best I couldn't imagine my son anywhere else 🥰

Love this place, all loving and caring educators, good programs all year long, and good daily activities with kids. Lots of exploring and learning for kids. My kids loveeee all the educators here, they always wants to hugs them before we're going home Also I love the open outdoor space in the middle, kids can play outside and exploring I would recommend this place!
