We absolutely love The Cottage. The educators are so caring and genuinely invested in the children, which makes it feel like a real community, not just a childcare centre. The environment is calm, welcoming and thoughtfully set up. We always feel confident leaving our little girl here, knowing she is safe, supported and happy.

My daughter, at 2.5 years old is in therapy for anxiety and trauma because of an educator here. Her daily life is affected still after being removed from the centre almost a year ago now and that educators name is still at the forefront of my toddlers mind. I wish we never went to The Cottage Ashmore.

Tucked away in the heart of Ashmore, our cosy little childcare centre is a warm and welcoming space where children feel safe, loved, and part of a family. With just three intimate rooms, we create a nurturing environment that feels just like home.
We cherish the magic of childhood with small class sizes designed for personalised care and connection:
🌿 Only 8 little explorers (15 months – 2 years) discovering the world one step at a time
🌿 15 curious adventurers (2 – 3 years) growing, learning, and making new friends
🌿 22 budding young minds (3 – 6 years) preparing for the exciting journey ahead
We take care of the little things so you don’t have to! Our centre provides nutritious meals catering to all dietary needs, along with nappies, wipes, and cosy bed linen – and yes, we do the washing too!
To enrich each child’s learning journey, we offer exciting extra-curricular activities at no additional cost, including:
✨ Play Skills Health & Fitness – Encouraging movement and motor development
✨ Japanese Lessons – Introducing language and cultural appreciation
✨ Culture & Diversity with an Aboriginal Elder – Learning through storytelling and tradition
✨ Happy Feet Dance & Fitness – A fun way to stay active and build confidence
