I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Kids Retreat for the wonderful care, organization, and management they provide. After having a very bad experience with a previous nursery—where neither my son nor I felt comfortable, and he was sometimes scared to go—I can honestly say that Kids Retreat childcare has been a completely different and positive experience for us. From the first day, the administration and the director were incredibly supportive and helpful, especially in understanding and supporting my son’s needs. I would like to give special thanks to the director mrs leila and Teacher Kristina for her great attention and care for my son, and to Teacher Hanan for her kindness, warmth, and gentle way of dealing with him. And for all the other teachers old and new in the childcare. What really gave me peace of mind is the excellent communication. I never felt the need to constantly check the nursery app to see if my son ate or slept, because the staff were always in direct and fast contact with me. They would update me and even call me anytime they felt my son was not comfortable or needed extra attention. I have a very high level of trust in this childcare, and I truly recommend it to any mother who wants peace of mind and a safe, loving environment for her child. The management is amazing and truly deserves trust in every sense of the word specially cause its under mrs leila❤️ manegment🥰.She is carefully chooses her teachers, and the children are treated with so much love and care—as if they are from her family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have given to my son. We love you so much 🤍

I can’t say enough good things about Kids Retreat Childcare! From the moment we first walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that put my mind at ease (after 9 different childcares). The facilities are clean and well-organized, with plenty of engaging activities for the kids. The owner plus the teachers are absolutely amazing. They are not only friendly and approachable but truly passionate about what they do. It’s clear that they take the time to get to know each child, encouraging their interests and helping them grow. I’ve seen my child flourish in their care, learning new things every day and making friends along the way. Communication is another huge plus. The staff always keeps us updated about what the kids are doing and how they’re progressing. It feels like a true partnership in my child’s development. Incredible service to my son. So many stories around childcare these days but I highly recommend this one. My wife and I visited over 15 centres but this one presented the best, was very clean and showed compassion around learning and development for my son. The staff are amazing and friendly. The management are present to talk to and luckily they are available to speak too. Thank you for your endless support for my son!

If you are looking for honesty and consistency Kids Retreat Child Care Centre is the one stop centre, have you ever seen the person (Ms Layla) who owns/operates the centre be out on the floor 24/7 with her team/educators making sure everything thing is up to date and going its right way, she makes sure all her staff/educators are honest and up to date with all children/family shes always ready to help and if you have any concerns with your children/centre and she will listen and reassure you right away, Kids Retreat child care centre is such a nurturing/safe/caring/honest centre with amazing staff and atmosphere if we are going to speak about Hygine/Cleanness this is 10000% your number one Stop, the menu is 10000% nutrition/healthy and from feedback from my children its tasty.

Leila the owner is amazing she has done wonders to make kids retreat a second home for the kids. Amazing team work and dedication, great food services and amazing staff and a very clean atmosphere.Lets not forget their school readiness program is second to none my son has done exceptionally well this year and has achieved great learning skills for him to move on to primary. It will be sad leaving at the end of the year. Cant recommend this centre enough.Thank you Leila and team you have been very accommodating and supportive since the very beginning.

We were reluctant to move our son considering he starts primary school next year - but this was the best decision we made! Having moved from 2 x larger chain centres, you can straight away feel and see the difference with a family owned and run centre. Leila the director was so helpful and reassuring from day dot, and our sons transition was seamless. The school readiness was one of our main issues with the other centre, and we can see this is implemented daily in their activities. He has already had lot's of incursions which he loves. All the staff are so friendly, low turnover (the consistency is amazing) and treat him like his own. Only downfall is we wish we found this sooner! Can't recommend Kids Retreat ELC enough - we will be sad to leave at the end of the year.
