We couldn’t be happier with the care our child receives here. The staff are kind, patient, and truly dedicated to each child’s growth, needs and well-being. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, and the daily activities are fun, engaging, and educational. Communication with families is excellent, and it’s clear how much love and attention they give to the children. Our daughter only tends 2 days a week atm but when it comes to those days she looks forward to going , which says it all. Excellent with the kids

My two year old granddaughter has a lot of adult company at home and needed some time with kids her own age. We enrolled her in ELC Woongarrah after hearing wonderful things about them from friends. We were nervous about her going, but by the end of the first day she didn't want to come home. She just loves it. We highly recommend ELC Woongarrah and it's staff to anyone looking for quality childcare.

Our daughter has attended here for the last 6 months and I have no hesitation dropping her off. There is always a familiar staff member ready to give her a cuddle, and everyone in the centre seems to know her name, even though she currently only attends one day a week. There has been a lot of staff movement in our short time, but this is communicated regularly and hopefully will settle down. Overall, we are happy with the centre.

My Daughter attends this school and absolutely loves it. Within just a couple of short weeks on moving her to WELC we could see a massive change in her learning, talking and just overall in herself. She gets so excited getting ready of a morning to get dressed and go to Daycare to learn and especially to see her friends and of course Miss Sammy from the Wombat room. Both Miss Sam and Codie have shown so much love to my daughter in helping her grow and be the best person she can be. On countless times either Codie or one of the other Educator's have come out to help me get my daughter into daycare whilst my newborn is in the car and the same with pick up which I'm so thankful for as some mornings are crazy! I'm so glad I moved my daughter from her previous daycare and knowing my daughter is happy while I'm not there and she is learning everyday makes me so happy. Thankyou WELC

This service has consistently fallen below acceptable standards. The staff are frequently seen at the front desk gossiping, while the director appears to lack the ability to effectively organize her team. Educators are often sitting around instead of engaging with the children, and there is no structured school readiness program in the Wombat Room. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed children hurting each other without any educators present to supervise or intervene. These ongoing issues have prompted me to file a report with the Department of education in hopes that necessary improvements will be made. As parents, we invest in this service expecting a safe and enriching environment for our children, but this has not been the case.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about this daycare. From the very first day, the staff have been nothing but kind, caring, and attentive. They truly treat the children like their own and create such a warm and safe environment. My son absolutely loves going, and I can see how much he has grown in confidence, learning, and social skills since starting here. Every day he comes home happy, with stories to tell and new things he’s learned. The teachers are always welcoming, patient, and professional, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands. It’s rare to find a place where you feel completely comfortable leaving your child, but this daycare is exactly that. We feel so lucky to be part of this community. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a loving and supportive place for their little one!

The love and care that is given to my child each and every day as he attends daycare is beyond what words can explain. I Have a great trust in the educator and management within this childcare facility. My son is in the preschool room and often merges with the toddler room for playtime and both rooms of an excessive Amount of resources to keep him stimulated and thriving throughout his day. Management are very easy to deal with. And if I ever have any concerns always respond in a prompt and timely manner. The educators and staff go above and beyond to make sure that my child feels loved and to make sure that any concerns I have an understood and listen to. The director of the centre is the most approachable person I have dealt with throughout my use of childcare and my son loves going each day to school to see what you activities to get to learn. I have no resistance in recommending this as a great day care facility for my child and for future children who are looking to be enrolled.

The meals hereare fantastic! As a parent, it's such a relief knowing my child is eating healthy, balanced, and freshly prepared food every day. The new chef does an amazing job creating a variety of meals that the kids actually enjoy. My child always comes home talking about what they ate especially the pasta days! So grateful for the care and thought put into the menu. Great work guys wish my child ate my food hahah
