We are so grateful for the care and love that Nature’s Academy provides for our 6-month-old daughter. From the moment she started in the Bilby Room, we have felt so comfortable knowing she is being cared for by such passionate, nurturing and dedicated educators.

It is so lovely to see the genuine love and enthusiasm the educators have for the children and the connections they have made with our Daughter. They take the time to get to know each child and make them feel safe, happy and supported, which means so much to us as parents.

The management team has also been incredibly supportive and approachable, particularly Margo, who is always there to answer any questions, provide reassurance and help wherever needed. It really makes such a difference knowing you have a team behind you who genuinely cares about both the children and their families.

We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful centre for our little girl and would happily recommend Nature’s Academy to other families looking for a caring, supportive and nurturing environment.

Id be careful with this childcare centre. In regards to my daughter attending here she was having upwards of 4, 5 hour gaps between feedings. She is 6 months old and that is actually extremely concerning for her age. When i spoke to educators they tried to justify the feeding times but ended up agreeing to feed her every 3 hours. Then they called my wife and told her that I agreed to 3-5 hours which again is extremely bad for the health of a child and actually illegal in NSW.

I also expressed my wife's concern about the daycare oversleeping our child resulting in inability to sleep at home, to which their response was simply that they cant do anything about it because they do not wake sleeping children. Thats all well and good but you could easily keep her awake playing for longer and push back the sleep time especially considering we were advised by a doctor to wake her for feedings every 3 hours due to weight loss. I communicated this to them but they were very argumentative and disagreeable with me.

My daughter has sensitive skin when exposed to synthetic fabrics so we provided a cotton blanket and we were assured it would be used. Whenever we collect ted our bags the blanket was still folded the same way as when we provided it and when I questioned the staff they said they used their own in house cotton throw as opposed to mine. However when inspecting the photos provided by the daycare they were clearly handling her without one at all. They directly lied to me and my wife about it which is just unacceptable.

This daycare straight up refuses to feed infants solids. When provided we took photos of all the foods to see which were interacted with. Most were not touched and they were never heated up as instructed meaning the staff didnt even attempt to feed her. They just told us that she would not eat them. When they did attempt to feed her it was not enough times throughout the full day.

Staff were instructed not to expose her to direct sunlight as reccomended by the doctor to which they responded "its unavoidable she will be on the grass in the sunlight for certain hours throughout the day". Thats just unacceptable when she has sensitive skin and a doctor advised against it.

The staff have great communication discrepancies between eachother and constantly tell me and my wife different things when speaking to the same and different staff. Theyre extremely poorly coordinated and theres definitely a lack of professionalism between them.

The staff also accused me and my wife of being rude or saying rude things over the phone which we never did. They first asked me and then asked my wife seperately. The management were very argumentative, dismissive, ignorant and disrespectful when speaking to both me and my wife.

Overall I definitely do not reccomend this daycare and anybody considering it should look elsewhere. The staff are all immature and inexperienced, they dont really know what theyre talking about half the time, they do not communicate with eachother, and none of the staff have the ability to answer extremely basic questions in regards to care of children. I believe they put the safety of my daughter at risk on numerous occasions and the things listed above are only the tip of the iceberg for what we experienced throughout her time here.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!

The educators are extremely incompetent and straight up refuse to comply with parental care directions. They will apply things you clearly refused, use creams that irritate your kids skin even when you provide your own because theyre too lazy, they fed my son 1 bottle in a 9 hour day because he was "sleeping". He constantly comes home with irritation on his skin from the stuff I explicitly communicated for them not to expose him to with a doctors note outlining an allergy. They are incompetent and unable to take care of children. I made it very clear with them to stop him from sleeping all day everyday because it messes with his bedtime routine but they put him in a dark room with loud sounds so he falls asleep and it messed up his concept of day/night cycles. He literally slept all day for 9 hours and had 1 single bottle, practically starvation.
