My son has been in the Toddler/Kinder room for just over six months now, and I’ve never come across educators who operate with the same level of passion as Gloria and Emily. They don’t just supervise—they teach, support, and truly invest in my child’s development. I always receive honest, thoughtful updates about my son’s progress and this leads to us thinking about what we can do at home to improve his progress, which gives me so much peace of mind. I just want educators who actually care about their job and my child and that’s what I get from this centre. One area we’ve really struggled with is potty training, and we needed consistency across home and daycare. The team immediately stepped in with a plan—starting by taking him to the toilet every 15 minutes, then gradually increasing the interval. Honestly, what other daycare takes the time and effort to do that for just one child? I could tell it was demanding, but their commitment never wavered. My son attended from 7mths old to now 3yrs old. The best thing about this centre is the amazing staff members who were always so caring, warm and greeted us every day with a genuine smile. They made my son feel comfortable and supported. The flexible hours and being open over Christmas/New Years were absolutely essential for our work. There are also lots of incursions, weekly activities (sports, music classes, cooking, etc) and celebrations (Lunar New Year, Diwali, etc), which made each day so enjoyable for my son. We also loved how we felt part of a community with fun family events and parent committees. Read more
