Our two boys have been attending Richmond Goodstart the past 12 months. The entire staff are so caring and attentive; on and beyond what we’ve ever experienced elsewhere (our eldest has attended a few centres due to us moving a few times so can spot a good centre over a bad one). We are so grateful we found this centre and feel so lucky we as parents can go to work and have confidence our kids are safe and nurtured in a beautiful environment. The staff are very responsive, welcoming and caring. The educators have created an interactive and engaging environment for the kids, and the activities they do each day are creative, positive and fun. We appreciate the regular updates we get throughout the day and the photos to see what our son has been up to with his friends. The fortnightly education plan is always well developed, tailored for individual and group goals. I watch my son run into the centre happily each day and I feel confident knowing he is well looked after.

Our little man has been in care for almost a year at the Goodstart Richmond. He has come a long way since crawling to taking his first steps and now running around like he owns the place. The educators have been dedicated to ensuring that he developed life skills on a daily basis. We are sad to have left now as we relocate and go through the transition of him settling in all over again. The warmth and care that the educators especially Christina, Ameerah, Max, Sandra (to name a few) have shown Alexander in his time there leaves me with no doubt that I would recommend it to other families. As parents who work full time and have their child in care you want a day care to look after your kids by keeping them safe and look after their social, physical and emotional wellbeing. This day care ticks all these boxes. Well done!

Love this place. They treat the children like their own. My boys went from being super quiet and shy to being able to speak their thoughts to their peers with increased confidence in a group- ready for school- which is what we all want.
