I recently visited this centre, and it is beautifully renovated with a warm and welcoming environment. The children looked very happy and settled, and it was wonderful to see educators actively engaging them in meaningful learning experiences. The staff were caring, attentive, and clearly passionate about supporting each child’s development. It is a lovely centre that provides a positive and nurturing space for children to learn and grow.

Nice and attentive staff but the general level of cleanliness was not up to standard on the few occasions that I visited this centre.

I am beyond happy with the childcare my daughter attends. From the very first day, the educators have been so welcoming, caring, and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make every child feel safe, loved, and supported. The environment is warm, nurturing, and full of engaging activities that help my daughter learn and grow every day. I’ve noticed such positive changes in her confidence, social skills, and communication since she started. The staff also do a fantastic job of keeping families updated about our children’s progress, daily activities, and important routines. Their communication is open, friendly, and reassuring, which makes me feel so confident knowing my daughter is in the best hands. I am so grateful to have found this centre—it feels like an extension of our family.

I couldn't be happier with the care my son receives here. From the very first day, he has absolutely loved it! One of the things that means the most to us as parents is how much he talks about his teacher how they love and care for him. The educators are just as amazing, so nurturing, attentive, and deeply committed to the children’s learning and development. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. The programming is rich, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to support each child's individual interests, needs, and growth. There’s a strong focus on both play-based and intentional learning, and it’s wonderful to see how the centre encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence. We truly feel like we’ve joined a family here. It’s a place where children are not only cared for but celebrated, and that makes all the difference. I’m so grateful we found this centre and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I was shocked and taken aback when I went to tour this childcare centre. The educators seemed nice and caring. However, I felt quite uncomfortable with this place at the end of the tour. I was conversing with the centre's head educator inside the main classroom where the office is attached. I noticed a man sitting in the office and asked her whether he was one of the educators. She replied that he was not and that he was her partner. On this particular day, there were only two educators all up. Just didn't seem like the place I would feel safe sending my kid.

Fides and her team are caring and nurturing, my 2-year old loves attending 'school' every day. He's learnt so much since starting at Ermington ELC! He comes home reciting the alphabet, numbers and singing songs! The team keep the kids fed with wholesome, healthy meals throughout the day. The centre is very clean and hygienic! Highly recommend Ermington ELC!

Transferring to Tiny Scholars is one of the best decisions we've made for our son. He has been attending for over a year, and has been his happiest self. We greatly appreciate Maha, Rema, and Mary for the thoughtful care and attention they provide for each child. Developmental goals are always personalised, updates are very insightful and detailed, and they have remained consistent in their quality of care and learning since the start. Thank you so much!
