My son has been attending Story House Early Learning for over 3 years now, and I can say that I’ve always been comfortable dropping my son off with these Awesome Educators. He has built a fantastic and positive relationship with both his peers and Teachers that he talks about them at home!<br><br>The Educators are comfortable to talk to and flexible with any routine change such as toilet training and other request.<br><br>Overall I am happy to leave my son with this amazing centre and I’m looking forward to seeing my son grow and graduate kinder! (The kinder graduation video on Facebook looks awesome)

We loved Storyhouse in the earlier years. I used to recommend many people to the centre. Unfortunately as we hit Kinder 3 that experience went downhill for us.<br>Obviously they adhere to the ratio rules but it just feels so overcrowded, so loud and overstimulating for my daughter.<br>We felt like our daughter was just getting lost in the system.<br>We moved her to a sessional kinder 2 days in term 2 but still at “daycare” for 1 day a week. There was never any parent/teacher interviews or meetings here- we’ve had 2 at the other kinder.<br>We needed help with extra strategies etc, the PSFO gave some advice- SH gave us the report but not once checked in with us, never helped implement strategies- and if they did they were not communicated to us.<br>Then the day before we left the centre we finally got a term 1&2 report. Nothing for term 3.<br>It honestly felt like we were just a number and that’s so disappointing since her care started so well in the nursery almost 4 years ago, it feels really hard and sad for us that our journey has come to an end.<br>We have had some incredible educators in the past but this year just wasn’t working out for us.<br>The experience will be different for every family. Just sharing our personal experience.

We absolutely love story house! The care, kindness and dedication from all the educators is amazing. What we love most is the continuation of educators - our little ones has Tracy, Jen and Tyla since he was in nursery 2 and now he's in pre kinder. We’ve feel so comfortable knowing our little ones are in such caring hands. We’ll definitely be sending his brother here when he's ready and couldn’t recommend the centre and educators highly enough! 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>After having all three of our children attend this centre, I can honestly say that it has become such a special part of our family’s life.<br><br>Leaving your children in someone else’s care is never easy, particularly when they are little, but from the very beginning we have always felt that our children were safe, loved and genuinely cared for here. That peace of mind is something we don’t take for granted.<br><br>The educators have been absolutely amazing. Over the years, we have had so many wonderful educators get to know our children — their little personalities, their quirks, what makes them happy, what comforts them and what they are interested in. It is those little things that make you realise they aren't just being looked after; they are truly being known.<br><br>I have loved seeing each of my children come home excited to tell us about their day, their friends, their educators and all the little things they have been doing. They have built confidence, independence and friendships, and so much of that comes from the safe and encouraging environment the educators create every day.<br><br>What I particularly love about this centre is the sense of community. It has never felt like we were simply dropping our children off and picking them up. We have always felt welcomed as a family, supported as parents and included in the wider centre community.<br><br>Three children means a lot of years, a lot of drop-offs, pick-ups, conversations, artwork coming home, little milestones and plenty of emotions along the way — and we genuinely feel so lucky that this has been the place our children have experienced those early years.<br><br>A huge thank you to all of the educators, past and present, who have cared for our children and helped them grow. You have been such an important part of their lives, and of ours as parents. We couldn't recommend the centre highly enough. ❤️

Our child loves going here and staff are amazing. Any issues are always addressed

The centre is always so beautiful and well maintained, all of the staff ive encountered are always so friendly and welcoming, even the ones we havent met from the other rooms will always smile or say hello when we pass them in the hall.<br>Management team are very approachable and great to deal with.<br>Being our 1st childcare experience we were nervous but the team of educators in our child's room all support him so beautifully, communicate openly with us and we feel so safe leaving our child with them knowing he will be in good care and have a busy and fulfilling day.<br>We have loved seeing our child's confidence grow so much since being there. We are so glad we made the decision to enrol with Storyhouse Lara!

We are very happy with the care and support our two daughters have received at the centre.<br><br>Both of our girls have really enjoyed their time here and have become more confident, independent, and happy. The educators are caring, friendly, and always take the time to understand and support each child’s individual needs.
