I register for Kinder 3 year kinder and paid the a fee. They told me they have no spot for 2026 n put me on wait g list. After I found another Kinder even closer to my place they refused to refund the fee.
Hi Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to give some feedback about our processes. We need to adhere to strict group sizes and by submitting an application your child goes onto our waitlist. It does not mean you are guaranteed a place. Both the website and application form ask parents to contact us about availability for 2026 and I can find no record of you having done this. When a place did became available you declined, stating that you had secured a place closer to home. The application/waitlist fee is not refundable and this is also stated on the application form. Such a lovely community and kinder that has been so warm and welcoming. The outdoor space is great and the teachers have created wonderful engaging programs. Highly recommend.
