Management and staff are extremely nice and provide an awesome experience for my boys, they absolutely love it there. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to start by saying how thankful we are to have such good care for our daughter at Balmain Care for Kids Nursery. She is loving daycare and always comes home beaming when we pick her up! The staff are always so welcoming and we feel very lucky that she has had such a great experience.

Both my daughters have been at Balmain Care for kids. I have always been really happy with the centre. The staff are amazing, so caring and have a genuine passion for the support of the children. It’s a lovely centre and for me the staff make it.

The staff were generally kind and caring, and I appreciated their efforts with the children. However, I found the management team struggled to clearly communicate policies and support new parents—it gave the impression they were still finding their footing in the industry. There was frequent staff turnover during our time there, which made it difficult for my child to settle in, even after several months. At one point, it was suggested that my child may have contributed to the staff changes, which felt unfair. Over time, I noticed more families quietly leaving, and we eventually moved to another centre where things have gone much more smoothly. It’s a shame, as the potential is there, but it seems internal issues may be contributing to the high staff turnover.

My partner and I were so nervous sending our first born to daycare. Our experience with Balmain Care for Kids has been just amazing. Frankie just loves daycare and we love knowing she is happy and safe when dropping her off.

My son attends BCFK Nursery three days a week and he absolutely loves it. The enrolment process is streamlined and we were given all the information we needed to feel comfortable. The staff are incredible. Thank you to the Bilbies and Possums team for making Simon feel so welcome. You guys are amazing.
