At 6 months we were a bit nervous about her transition. The team helped us to phase her in, allowed us to come in and spend time with her the first two weeks so she could see us building trusted relationships with the educators. They called us regularly with updates, and reassured us that if she was having a rough day they wouldn’t hesitate to let us know. She is settling in and happy. Excellent communication, daily photos, and they held a Mother’s Day tea! Thank you to the team at Mindchamps. I rest east knowing our little one is in your care. Read more

As a new mum I had little to no understanding of what to expect. Mindchamps provide everything and what they do not provide themselves they communicate very clearly. They also send updates each day via their Kindy App and have recently engaged an app that allows casual bookings for those times you need care outside of your regular days.
