Truly recommend this childcare to all the parents who are looking for a frindly, patient and attractive care for the chidren. Our family have tried a few childcare services before, I would like to say this is the best one we have ever attened as the staff did a really great with the transition with timely updates for our son. Also, I do love the sensory and practical life activities that they provide, such as grinding coffee beans, practicing hand-eye coordination by making tea, and pretend play like giving a baby doll a bath. Even this is a new center, but the educators here are very experienced. Some of them has worked together before for over five years. I feel confident knowing my son is being after by a professional and caring team.

I feel so grateful to have found Joy Villa for my child as his childcare centre. My child used to be very shy around strangers, but since starting here, he has become so cheerful and lively. The school provides plenty of delicious food, ensuring they eat, play, and sleep well. The environment is very comfortable too. Everyday the moment we arrive at school and see the teachers, my child gets so excited. It’s clear he is being very well cared for. The staff is incredibly hospitable; their friendly greetings create a warm, 'home-away-from-home' atmosphere. I also appreciate the daily progress reports from the teachers. It gives me such peace of mind while I’m at work. Finding Joy Villa was a blessing. It’s the perfect environment for my child, and I couldn't be happier with our choice.

From the moment we walked into Joy Villa, we felt comfortable and confident. Rowena gave us a detailed tour and clearly explained how the centre works, how they care for the children, and also provided a booklet explaining the food menu for babies, which was very reassuring. On my baby’s very first day, I was quite worried, but the team took excellent care of her. Throughout the first week, they regularly shared photos and updates, which made us feel stress-free and confident. Since starting at Joy Villa, my baby’s eating habits have improved significantly, which we are very happy about. The centre uses an app to update parents on daily activities, meals, sleep times, and nappy changes, along with photos. This level of communication gives us great peace of mind. A special thank you to Nicole, Zoe, Rowena, and the entire team for their warmth, care, and dedication. We’ve had a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. The manager and teachers are incredibly dedicated, responsible, and professional. They truly value each child’s individuality and put a lot of thought into planning activities that are both fun and meaningful. I never expected my daughter to go through her first day without any tears, and she even sleeps better here than at home. That alone shows how safe and comfortable the teachers and the environment make her feel. The teachers were also very understanding of how anxious parents can be on the first day. They kept me updated through messages, photos, app posts, and even phone calls. I felt completely reassured knowing she was in such caring hands. I’m really glad I chose this centre, and I believe my daughter and I will create many beautiful memories here. Highly recommended!
