Choosing a childcare centre is such a big decision, and Little Learners Place Hilbert has exceeded every expectation. The educators make you feel like family, the environment feels safe and loving, and my son absolutely thrives here. An honest review of little learners hilbert😄<br><br>​Little Learners' Place is, without a doubt, the most outstanding childcare centre we could have ever hoped for. To watch both of our children (who are at different developmental stages!) not just attend, but absolutely thrive here, is the greatest comfort a parent can have.<br><br>​The centre’s magic lies in its people. The educators are phenomenal—they are more than just staff; they are caring mentors. They manage to be incredibly warm and nurturing while simultaneously providing engaging, high-quality early education. They know the unique needs and quirks of each of our children, making them both feel seen, valued, and safe.<br><br>​Every morning, the excitement radiating from them as we arrive is palpable. They rush in, eager for the day's adventures, whether it's an exciting sensory play activity, a lesson in early literacy, or simply joyous time on the fantastic outdoor playground. The commitment to a diverse, well-rounded curriculum is evident in their happy stories and the constant growth we see at home.<br><br>​The facilities are always pristine, the communication is excellent, and the atmosphere is one of joyful learning. Little Learners' Place is an absolutely five-star experience—it truly feels like an extension of our own loving home. We could not give them a higher or more enthusiastic recommendation!

No proper monitoring from the management side. New staffs are always look confused about the work. Most of the educators are good. Directors don’t have a clue how to run a centre

We’ve really tried to give this centre a fair go. Each time new management came in, we decided to stay on and give it a couple of months to see if things improved. Unfortunately, our overall experience hasn’t been positive, and I feel it’s important to share some facts for other parents considering care here.<br><br>Some red flags we noticed:<br>Since our son started in December 2024, only one original staff member remains, she is an incredible educator and has been a highlight of our experience.<br><br>Comments on the Xplor app have been disabled, due to previous parent feedback being shared there.<br><br>The centre also operates a playgroup, and at times this meant staff were required to attend to playgroup visitors, leaving paying families feeling less supported.<br><br>A few incidents involving our son felt avoidable. I do understand that accidents happen in any daycare environment, but some situations raised concerns for us about supervision and communication.<br><br>We genuinely wanted this centre to be a great fit for our family, but over time we’ve felt increasingly uneasy with the changes and lack of stability. I hope this feedback encourages improvement, as the children and the remaining dedicated staff deserve the best environment possible.

Little Learners in Hilbert is fantastic. All the Educators are easy approachable, caring and always smiling! Great communication between child and parents. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing daycare centre, all the staff are so welcoming, friendly and caring! My little girl loves this place! The centre itself is so clean and smells so fresh and has a relaxing feel to it, the outdoor area is massive and so much to keep the kids busy outside when the weather allows it.<br>Highly recommend Little Learners Hilbert!
