Staff are always looking for new ways to help educate and keep the kids happy and comfortable while they’re in care at Clover Early Learning. Excellent communication via the story park app from educators and educators work at building a rapport with parents. Any issues that have risen have been addressed and sorted appropriately when brought up the first time.

I highly do not recommend this centre based on my experience.<br>There are very very limited outdoor resources or equipment, and the indoor resources are also lacking. Many of the toys appear to be inexpensive and break easily, which I feel is not appropriate for a new early childhood environment.<br>I also found there to be very little support for staff and significant issues with management. There is a high turnover of educators, and communication with families about these changes has been poor.<br>This is particularly concerning in an early childhood setting, as children rely on developing strong, consistent relationships with their educators to feel safe, secure and settled. Frequent changes in staff can make this much more difficult for children.<br>That said, there are some genuinely beautiful and caring educators at the centre who clearly care about the children. Unfortunately, the broader issues with resources, communication, staff turnover and management significantly affected the overall experience.<br>Don’t waste your time on this centre.

⭐ 1/5 — Polished posts do NOT match the reality families live<br><br>The glowing website and carefully presented image do not reflect the experience our family — and others — have had here. The truth needs to be told plainly.<br><br>High staff turnover is constant and obvious. Children never get the chance to build secure, trusting bonds; routines are broken over and over; and the stability young children need most simply does not exist.<br><br>More concerning is how decisions are being made — specifically by the manager, who has openly shared she returned to work following burnout. Since coming back, the centre has operated in her reactive, short-sighted shadow:<br><br>• The fence is claimed to be “legal height” — yet permanent ledges and footholds sit directly against it, making that supposed safety height completely meaningless and knowingly unsafe. This is no minor oversight — it is a hazard the centre dismisses to avoid accountability.<br><br>• Rules are invented, enforced, then discarded the moment they become inconvenient. Policies are not guidelines — they are weaponised. When our son’s behaviour shifted — immediately after his main, trusted educator left — there was no support plan, no problem-solving meeting, no genuine partnership with us. Instead, he was simply labelled “too high risk” and pushed out.<br><br>• No written warnings. No proper process. No time to help him adjust. Just a sudden ban — because supporting a child through disruption would take effort, and that effort is clearly not being made.<br><br>This is not care. This is a manager operating from burnout, making hasty, defensive decisions that cast children aside rather than address the gaps in her own centre. Safety failures get excused. Staff instability gets ignored. Families are told one story while living another.<br><br>Do not mistake polished social media posts for genuine care. A centre that cannot maintain safe fencing, keep consistent staff, or stand by a child when they need support most — does not deserve your trust.

My son has been going to Clover Early Learning since July 2025 as a 1yo, he is really happy here, he’s made little mates and is encouraged to be himself rather than being made to fit in. I feel like when I have asked questions or raised small concerns I’m heard every time. I’m happy he is at a centre that is empathy driven, it takes a bit for him to trust people and his surroundings, the fact that each educator has taken this on board or recognised it before I get to tell them means a lot as a parents who are placing all of their faith and trust over to someone else to look after the most precious thing in the world to them. So thank you Clover EL for making this process easier for us, I feel he has always done really well under Miss Tayah and Miss Rubys guidance he feels safe with these 2 particularly, but every educator he’s had I can’t fault, he has grown so much these past 11months in confidence and his abilities. The communication is fantastic from the educators and Centre as a whole, I think this comes from the top and how Allyce runs/manages Clover EL. The staff seem to genuinely care about doing a good job and want to see the kids have a great day, thrive and continue their growth and development I also want to give recognition to Chef Chris who puts genuine thought and care into the food he gets and prepares for the whole centre. The food always smells amazing as you walk past the kitchen and into the centre.

What an amazing centre with incredible staff who genuinely care and have compassion for you and your children. The minute you walk in the team at the front desk are there with a friendly smile which provides a warm welcoming! All educators have been great, understanding, caring and down to earth making my child’s transition a breeze. Nothing has been too big or small for them. Their communication is clear, the meals they provide are exceptional and most importantly your child feels safe and supported. Can’t recommend this centre more! ☺️

Staff have been absolutely amazing. Admin and educators all really care and nothing is too much, always willing to help. My child loves going and after some not great experiences elsewhere she is finally thriving and enjoying daycare. Highly recommend.

Cannot fault the team! Genuinely great humans. Love the level of communication, I feel like I know my child is up to and is enjoying her days. As a first time mum and first experience with daycare they have made me feel so comfortable and helped me with the process every step of the way

Beautiful staff, food and establishment!

This is a fantastic early learning centre. All staff are experienced and educated in children’s development of all stages. All early learning centres should be like this one. My children are absolutely thriving!

We had the pleasure of being shown around Clover Early Learning by Ms Bec, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, Bec was warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative. She guided us through the centre with so much knowledge and care, and her passion for early childhood education truly shines through. The centre itself is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully set up, and clearly designed with children’s learning and development in mind. One standout feature for us was the sensory room. It’s such a calm, engaging space that offers so many benefits for the children, and Bec spoke about it with genuine pride and excitement. Bec’s positivity is infectious.It’s clear that this isn’t just a job to her it’s something she loves, and that makes all the difference. Thank you, Bec, for your time, your kindness, and for being such a positive and passionate person. Clover is lucky to have you.
